Ella's Place

What an awesome place! I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was delicious! The chicken was crispy and the sauce was really tasty. I would highly recommend you stop in and try out their food. They have a very eclectic menu, with many options from breakfast to dinner plates. I will certainly return for another meal, very soon!

OK went to Ella's place again and had to get the sweet & sour chicken again! It was so good last time I couldn't resist! Of course they delivered once again! It was really good! So good it will make it hard to try something different off their huge and diverse menu. Next time I am going to try fish or maybe a burger I don't know...stop In And check them out!

One more time! Today I went for the teriyaki burger and it was excellent. Had a great flavor and would definitely try it again. My wife had a spinach citrus sale and she said it was very good and fresh. I finished it up with a piece of baklava..wow, really good stuff! Highly recommend you stop in for a bite!

We had so much fun here. The owner I believe was our server and he was truly working his butt off to get everything to us and every one else in a timely manner. We laughed so hard at breakfast and had so much fun with the owner. I also wanted to buy a pen in which he gifted me with! Super nice, cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was great as well. Thank you for a great experience!

We were put off by the lower rating on google, but this place was amazing in every way! The food was incredible and the service was even better! We met the owner, who was kind and down to earth. We were greeted at the door and warmly welcomed. There were four of dining and we all ordered very different breakfasts, and every bit of it was impressively delicious. Best blueberry pancakes I have ever had!

Do not be taken back by the underwhelming exterior. This place is a hidden gem!

My husband surprised me and took me here for Valentine's dinner. It was great! We didn't have to wait for seating and our service was wonderful. The food was great as always! Well done! I come in often with my sister for lunch and will always be back. Thank you, for a wonderful dinner and time out with my Hubby. And the owner is always a Blessing to see there. See you soon!

Really good breakfast food. Owner was helping server serve, seat, bus etc which I thought was cool. Place usually isn't very busy and just a few people sitting down eating but it's been great each time we've gone

I was hungry, and the number of spots in Elizabethtown that you can walk to that serve breakfast is few, but Ella's place is actually open, so i walked over and got myself chocolate chip french toast with bacon and coffee. Im happy, my breakfast was on point...

My girlfriend and I have been coming here over the course of attending etown college. The service is great, and speedy and you get good portions for the price! It's a great place to go to and very family friendly. The owner takes time to come over and greet you when You come here too! Overall it's a great place to eat at!

Had the fish and chips, the fish was excellent the french fries were great and it came with coleslaw which was really creamy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Everyone working at the restaurant was really nice and helpful. We got stuck waiting for a train and they had lots of good ideas for what we could do with our two kids 10 and 12.

Just got done eating here, my husband and I LOVED it. The owner and staff we amazing. Prices were fair and portions were lovely!! Best fries I have ever eaten in my life!!! Fully recommend to any and everyone.

Stopped in for breakfast yesterday (I've been here about a dozen times). Friendly service good basic food. Attentive staff. The owner even stopped by our table to be sure we were pleased.

Such a good place to go! The food is always good and everyone is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait long at all and even if I did I would expect it to be because they would be busy. Which of course would be understandable. The staff is very attentive as well as the gentleman who I assume is the owner. Very pleased to have such a great place around that is always a pleasure to go to!

Ella's Place is a great place for a quiet meal with family or friends. The food was very good and inexpensive. Our waitress was very sweet! They also have a 10% student discount for Elizabethtown College students.

I had Becca as my server. She was very pleasant and proffesional. It is a cozy atmosphere here. My food was sausage gravy and biscuits, 2 eggs poached and home fries with sausage links. The quality was very good. The biscuits and sausage gravy were some of the best ive had. Great place

Love this place! Good prices and good food. I noticed during the summer they have a garden on premises and I love that the promote that kind of freshness. Each server we have had has been really nice too!

Good place to get breakfast, I had a good time with my friends. Food was high quality, it was a good price, and the restaurant was pretty full. The server was pleasant and returned quickly with any requests that I had.

Extremely personable owner and staff. This restaurant is closing down but you should DEFINITELY check out his other restaurant Eli’s place. The owner is a very generous man and you would be supporting a local business that deserves it.

Ella's is either something you already love, or otherwise that rare gem of a 'best kept secret' sort of restaurant you always pass in town but have never stopped and tried. It's admittedly generic looking from the outside as it obviously used to be a Hardee's in the distant past, but Ella's Place is an outstanding local restaurant with great food at excellent prices too. If you haven't been yet, you owe it to yourself to try it at least once if you're an ETown or vicinity local.

I love the large variety at Ella's! From burgers and paninis to spaghetti and stir fry, even falafel and gyros! Their food is delicious and everyone's sure to find something they love. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff and owner are very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend trying Ella's!

Never been here before, decided to try it for breakfast. Very nice place, friendly service, good food. They also have small items for sale. We will definitely go there again.

Love this little diner. We’re regulars. The staff is always friendly, food is always good and super affordable.
