Having a new teenage driver in the house, it was time to look at our insurance policies. I had a recommendation from a friend who was happy with his company. In checking them out, Hornafius came up as an agent for this company. I was contacted by Alyssa, who was a pleasure to deal with and helped me get settled in to some new policies. She was very helpful and on top of things the whole way through the process. I would definitely recommend this agency, very happy with their customer service!

I had a cracked windshield and the insurance company was taking a long time to make a decision on if they would replace it and how much of a deductible I had to pay. They even made mistakes with the information they gave the windshield replacement company.
