Always order from them. Gets here within 2days for me because it's only 40minutes away. I ordered sneakers and even hats. Everything came delivered in perfect condition

I went into JD looking for a specific pair of shoes, sambas. That I wasnt able to find anywhere else in person. And by the grace of God I saw a small girl with glasses who was extremely helpful and assisted me amazingly. She was the only peron in the store who helepd me. She was beyond helpful & attentative. I will definetly be returning if she is there!

Helpful staff sneakers other places in the mall that don’t have sizes jD came through. Staff was welcoming and friendly thank you !

Incompetente staff.

I was trying to buy a pair of shoes and asked for a size I wanted to try on as I have never had that particular pair before. I waited while two employees seemed to argue over having the pair in the store. After waiting and watching both employees walk past me multiple times with the shoe in hand, they finally handed it to me to try on. When I asked for a size up to compare, they took the one shoe I was brought to try on and brought me the size up. When I tried to buy the smaller pair I needed, I was told by the employee, " they are long gone already." I asked if they were sold in the 4 minutes i had used to try on the pair. He said no ,they were put back. When asked if they could be brought back so I could purchase them, he (while shrugging and gesturing) said he would have to put a special request to bring them back so I could purchase them. I asked if he could do that, to which he replied "ehh".I guess I was supposed to know the exact sizing of every shoe I buy there or hope I guess the right size the first time. I will never give my business to Jd Sports. This was the worst retail sales experience I have ever had.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online with the employee at store since they didn't have the sizes and 1 pair came 10 days later and the other says canceled and I got a refund for 3 dollars instead of the amount I paid for the sneakers now customer service is a joke been on the phone waiting for 1 hour still no help and the actual store in whitehall nobody has a clue what's going on even though I have my receipts. I looked at the jd sports reviews and it seems alot of people are going through the same situation they are not getting their refund.
