I have had my auto and renters policy through KMA for quite awhile now and they are one of the better companies I have had. They are courteous, attentive, friendly, and work hard to make sure you are happy. I would definitely recommend them.

When my wife and I began establishing our life together, shopping for auto insurance proved to be a rather difficult chore; as younger drivers, we had never established our own auto policies before, but we had a renters policy through KMA. Needless to say, we quickly found ourselves lost while trying to navigate car insurance lingo and fumbled through building quotes with various insurance companies.

When our renewal time came, we made the mistake of impulse-buying a policy directly online solely based on price. Even though it wound up being somewhat cheaper, it turned out that this company we chose doesn't have any offices in the state of PA! In the end our premium actually wound up LOWER than the company to which we had impulsively switched, even with better coverage. Stephanie was kind, patient, and overall great to work with.
