The Staff is always very Welcoming.
l make an appointment & show up at the designated Time. Meet with a Service Manager and discuss what I need done. They instantly give me an estimate, I give them my Keys , and usually wait, as it's my only Car & they Do what I need. Last week I got 4 New Tires because of the Winter Weather coming. They gave me Beautiful beefy New Tires at a Very reasonable Price. Mounted & Balanced & Out the Door in about an Hour and a Half. While up on the Lift they showed me that when PA inspection Time comes, I'm going to need New Rear Brakes & I also
have a Brake Light out. They are very thorough, experienced and do a great job. I've been using Pep Boys
exclusively for my entire Family for over 7 years with Fantastic results.

Got my state inspection done and it was a very quick and easy process. Gilbert, the manager, was very patient with me even after I showed up to my appointment without any of my documents in order. I had to eventually email my insurance card and registration to him to print them out. Service was done in less than an hour despite them being busy. These guys were fast, friendly, affordable and honest - overall great service.

Luis and Sign at the Whitehall PA location are amazing. They stayed late to make sure I was able to get my tires, one of which had a nail in it, replaced. Thank you guys for helping me and for making sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive.

I came for a new battery but I had known my VW Beetle had some other problems. The whole staff here was so helpful and they helped me prioritize what needed to be done. Since it was a lot of unexpected work they helped me get the cost low.
They also explained EVERYTHING. I had a lot of questions but they were so helpful and kind.
Overall, they went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I will be a returning customer! 😁

They were able to set me up with a last minute appointment to repair my flat tire. They also completed the entire job in 15 minutes from evaluating the flat, notifying me that I needed to purchase a new tire and completing the install.

Gabriel O. Was super helpful showed me everything that was damaged and even advised me what to avoid in the future to avoid my car issues and went out of his way to order me parts and attend to all my needs and answered all of my questions professionally and in a timely order. I got a sense that he really did care about the service he was providing me and that put my worries at ease. You should hire more people like him it would definitely make a difference to the environment and overall customer satisfaction rate!

I cannot say enough positive things about this group of guys! I had been passing through the area on a roadtrip when I had an issue with one of my brake calipers. It was Friday 12/22, and they closed at 7, but I called in a panic at 6 and manager Luis welcomed me to come in so they could have a look. They stayed until 7:45, well past business hours, with Luis and technician Sing trying everything to find a fix. They clearly are invested in customer satisfaction. I had to stay overnight for a part and the work was completed smoothly the following morning by Sing. I had full trust in Sing and both managers Luis and Gilbert. Being in the automotive business for my entire automotive career to date, I am somewhat of a critical judge in professionalism and customer service. 5 stars across the board for this crew!!!

Gabriel was extremely helpful in acquiring a sideview mirror for my car. He went the extra mile went autozone sent the wrong part.
He was thoughtful and cosiderate.

Very satisfied with level of care provided during this service. They remove an existing tire and replace the new tire with balancing and the care was very professional, courteous and I would definitely utilize them again

Gilbert at the Allentown store was the most knowledgeable and friendliest. We appreciate all that he did for us. Thank you to all the extremely experienced mechanics too.

Gren was straightforward and honest. Got me inspected and on a couple new tires and some great information on the status of my brakes. I'll be back! So hard to find a good mechanic you can trust.

I thought more highly of Pepboys from previous experience, when I lived in NY and NJ, now in PA it seems the customer service experience with repairs has declined significantly. Lack of transparency it seems like they are to busy scheming on how to get more money out of you than providing the right service and creating a good customer experience. It feels like they don't like customers who know a little bit of mechanical issues with their vehicles. Thank You for contributing to the ever increasing customers dis-trust of mechanics and service and repairs locations. 🤦

10/3/23 - I had the pleasure of meeting Gilbert the new manager that has taken over the location. He's been phenomenal and taken care of the situation. I have since restored my faith in PEPBOYS and continue to go to the Whitehall location for service.
