So many bad comments. My son and I love Dough Life. Always a pleasure! Pay for what you want stop complaining about price. Also it taste very good! I drive 40 minutes to get to this location plus shop in the mall. Will be there again for some more edible cookie dough from Dough Life.

I loved the caramel. I just wish it were colder. Good thing a small is enough for two, I’ll put some in my freezer next time!

The quality is very good, almost no wait time and efficient , welcoming customer service, clean environment. The small size is more than enough for one not to forget to enjoy the quality and quantity, thank you :)

El mejor helado que he probado hasta ahora, el sabor de café exquisito, y los precios definitivamente justos.

It was alright. Can't speak for everyone else but I thought it was an overall clean store. Cookie dough was overwhelmingly sweet. Prices are a bit awful when you consider what you're getting. I wouldn't really pay that much attention to the boomers on here complaining about the music.

I don't think it impressed me enough to recommend to other people. I don't think I would go back, simply because there are other places in the mall that offer better treats for a better overall value.

The cookie dough is delicious and the staff was friendly but BOY is it pricey.

Not impressed. The worker did make large scoops of gelato for the top, but put nothing inside the cone making it the kind of cone you lick a few times only for the scoop to fall to the ground with nothing inside to stick to. Very disappointing. My niece was in tears.

Although I did find the cookie dough quite tasty... I was turned off by the lack of cleanliness for how new it is.
Someone get in there and teach your employees to tidy up. OH, and what really disturbed me, the girls who were working were eating the product while serving customers. The one smacking her mouth over the food she was serving. It really rubbed me the wrong way .....

DO NOT EAT HERE. the OWNER blew her nose with a tissue with gloves on and then touched her bare nose then proceeded to try and serve me. When I asked her to change gloves she didn't understand after the 3rd time I asked her she said no I just walked out. LOVE their cookie dough the young girls are awesome but on a previous occasion I found a long black hair so gross never coming back

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had one bite of my cookie dough and HATED it.. I asked if I could get a different flavor as a one time courtesy and they countined to argue with me and stated that I should have asked to taste it.. but did anyone ask me to sample?.. no.. they said I must buy a new one..I also then asked for a refund and they said no... I also stated, it doesn’t say that anywhere in your store signage that I can’t get a refund or exchange and they still said no. Are you kidding me?! Even the manager still wanted to argue with me. I ended up leaving my cookie dough that I bought for $5.25 on the counter. This is not good customer service or good management skills. This easily could have been solved by replacing my cookie dough and leaving as a happy, satisfied customer.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I drove an hour to get horrible customer service apparently. I spent 45 minutes waiting on 3 milkshakes. Of which the lady carried my ball of cookie dough to 2 back rooms before blending it (talk about unsanitary) then brought out half a cup full of watery milk. We sent it back, she then brought out a full one that was warm and all milk! Might I add we got reasked 3 times what we ordered during this wait. We finally asked for our money back and the lady was so rude ! She started to argue with us on our reasoning of why we weren’t happy !! She lied about her name when asking for it and for her manager. She finally gave our money back and we waited another 5 minutes till someone came back just for them to tell us they were “fixing” the last milkshake. I told them to keep it and left ! I will never recommended this place to anyone !!

Not worth the price. Tasted nasty, employee wasn’t friendly at all and had rap music blasting definitely wouldn’t be back.
