Zachary Moyer was a amazing to work with picking out two recliners for my home. He worked with me for about two hours helping me decide. I had looked online and had an idea of the style I wanted. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable of the products they offered and had great patience as he helped me through the process. Swatches can be ordered online! 6 to 8 delivery for the exact custom chairs I desired. Now we will see what they look like when they are delivered!

We were so pleased that the store manager, who was extremely knowledgeable, worked with us. She asked a few questions and then took us to furniture that met our aesthetic needs, as well as our comfort needs. We purchased new living room furniture that will be built to spec and ready for delivery in just 6-8 weeks. It is a large and beautiful showroom with quality pieces for any tastes and budget.

We were very impressed with our salesman Johnathon C, he listened to our concerns about us normally not having our feet touch the floor with other love seats. And recommended several loveseats that would fit our needs, as shorter ladies. Patiently pulled many fabrics that were to our texture and taste. Explained in great detail all of the options that were available to make our buying experience a very positive experience. Definitely would recommend him as a salesman and La-Z-Boy furniture in Whitehall Pa to anyone looking for quality furniture.

My husband and I visited the Lazy Boy store in Allentown to shop for furniture. We explained what we were looking for and the sales associate was extremely helpful. She showed us various options, and when we decided we talked about fabric possibilities. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Lazy Boy Furniture.

We have furnished 2 rooms with furniture from La-Z-Boy and are currently working on a third room. We Love working with their designer Heather!! She has a great eye for color and style and is very flexible and patient. Tonya was also very helpful with getting us started. We would recommend this store!

Everyone was so friendly from when we walked in the door to picking up our couch. Donna was kind and gave us honest answers to help us find our perfect couch! The interior design program is definitely worth it to ensure that it’s the exact look you want! Paige was the perfect person to work with. she could understand our home and the look we wanted while presenting it in a way that was in our price budget. Overall, great experience and definitely will be going back!

Went to La-Z-Boy to shop for a recliner especially focused on lumbar support . Zack , salesman, approached and was very kind providing the kind of information I required to make a decision regarding the best chair suited for me. Walked out of the store having ordered my new recliner and feeling that I had made the right decision. That’s really what makes a really good salesman; someone who understands your needs and can provide the necessary information for you to make a good decision !! We were greeted in a friendly, non pushy manner upon entering the showroom. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing us to the pieces that fit what we were looking for. We were then set up with an interior decorator that came to our house and listened to what our needs are. She brought swatches and took measurements to put together a 3D image of what the final space would look like. We are extremely pleased with the knowledge and expertise the two have shown. The negative part of the experience would be the time frame to receive our furniture. Couple months out. I’m thinking the final project will be worth the wait.

They have the best selection of loveseat recliners and I love that I could customize the fabric with so many choices. Tonya was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while I picked out my loveseat and recliner. Looking forward to the delivery.

Zachary and Heather were most helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but I knew I needed furniture. Heather actually came to my house, and helped me decide what pieces would work best in my small space. I couldn’t get everything I wanted due to finances, but she gave me ideas for when I maybe can afford more.
Everyone at the store was kind, friendly helpful, and knowledgeable. I don’t have my furniture yet so I can’t comment on that.

Very pleased with the customer service I received at the store. The manager that I dealt with was very informative and very helpful with finding a recliner for my mother. Being my mother's only 4'10" tall finding a recliner is often difficult especially when you're looking for a small motorized one . The manager was very patient with me and did a great job at guiding me to the right selection for her . My mom's last Lazy Boy we bought was back in 1998 and we're just now replacing it, hopefully this will be the last one she needs.

We were wanting to purchase a sofa,loveseat and rug.Our initial consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened,and gave many helpful suggestions. We set up a home visit (3 days later!),and a different designer came to our home.Again,we were so impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness. 2 days later we returned to the store,where she showed us our living room design on the computer....amazingly realistic!! She then confirmed our wishes,and we placed our order,with her informing us and confirming each step.We could not be more happy and highly impressed with the process so far. Hopefully when our items are delivered and set up,we will be just as happy.

Lazy-Boy has some of the best recliners in the business. The staff is always amazing and helpful. My wife and I are on our fourth recliner we purchased with them. Very happy customers. If anyone needs a recliner Lazy- Boy is the place to go.

Went in looking for a chair for my mother. Our salesman was great. He did not hound us, showed a couple styles that would work for her because she is shorter and then let us look around without following us and keep asking us questions we were in and out and 40 minutes with a new chair for her.

The team you work with are there to help you every step of the way to make sure you get exactly what you want. I really loved how they had a 3d view of my room! This allowed me to see how things would look before I even got them. They even put my cat’s photo in the 3d Picture.

The whole experience with La-Z-Boy furniture was excellent! Linda, my sales advisor at the Whitehall. PA store was phenomenally helpful! We were kept up-to-date on delivery times. All we bought was a recliner; Linda sent us a thank you note. Two years ago we purchased furniture at a very high and well-known furniture retailer we spent over $7000 and we’re not given the same level of treatment that we received from La-Z-Boy. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy furniture.
