Went in to buy a stadium chair, and a wonderful young lady helped me. We couldn't find it on the sales floor, she looked it up on her handheld saw they were in the back and she went and got it for me, I truly appreciate it! That is how customer service is supposed to be. Good job.

Went there to try on Brooks sneakers. The man in the sneaker department was great, super helpful and personable. We went to the store in Whitehall. It was a great experience.

Went specifically for Carhartt jackets. They had a small selection but what I needed.

Ryan was super helpful when I was in over the weekend to buy kayaks. Gave me a run down of everything I would need and helped me size paddles and figure out what I'd have to buy to mount them on my car as well. He took a lot of time to help us and didn't make me feel rushed at all.

Very very nice staff. Har a split in a camback I bought and they gave no push back on replacing it.

I met with Bruno in the golf section. He was very pleasant and helpful in selecting the proper grip for my putter. It was on the club in less than 15 minutes and I was out the door. He showed me some new innovations in their putter selection and was enthusiastic and happy to demonstrate.

Price prices are competitive, but the staff are the best. they are knowledgeable and Incredibly helpful. Bought a treadmill last month, and added the protection package. Husband got golf clubs for me and left his for regripping. Friendly but not pushy.

We had the absolute best sales person. She knew her product , went above and beyond in helping us with the product we were looking at. On a score of 1 to 10 Shari is a 20.

I like the selection of workout clothes and sneakers they have. You can find good sales, as well as clearance deals. They also started getting hard to get workout equipment back in like weight plates and dumbbells.

The staff were very polite and knew where the item I was looking for was. When I got to what I wanted a very nice and pleasant worker was very polite and friendly a place like that makes you want to go back which I will even though there prices r pretty high

After searching for a bike with no luck, they were able to fit me with one. Very knowledgeable team. Explained the gears to me. Very happy with my purchase

The manager Shari went above and beyond the call of duty to help me resolve a problem I had with a rifle scope mount. It is a pleasure doing business with people like her who care about customer satisfaction.

Chuck (Golf), asked if I needed any assistance. I explained that I’m relatively new to golf. I currently own a set of clubs, that were purchased from a 2nd hand store. They weren’t the best, so I was looking into investing into a set of irons and a putter.

He politely gave me a run down on some of the stores brands. Selected three different clubs and took me into the in store driving range to test the clubs out, so I could see which one would best fit me. I didn’t even know Dicks had this in the store in the first place.

We had plenty of small talk regarding the sport of golf, irons, putters, and the philosophy around the sport. I gained plenty of knowledge I didn’t have prior to walking into the store and am beyond satisfied with the help I was provided.

Chuck was helpful, knowledgeable, well dressed, well spoken, friendly, and showed immense care regarding the sport of golf. As someone who’s just starting out. With anything in this world. Seeing someone who is passionate about something, is inspiring. The talk we had gave me an even greater appreciation and determination towards learning a new sport.

I didn’t walk out with a set of irons unfortunately because of the price, but I do plan on purchasing the set that felt the best very soon. Which were the Cobra FMAX Iron Set. I did however pick out a nice putter, for a great affordable price of $105. For the time being that is.

I can’t recommend his services enough. Hopefully this little story of my experience alongside the survey within the receipt of my purchases, will help him receive the recognition he deserves.

The best selection of sporting goods at any big box in the valley, always find what we need. The rewards program is great and offers good discounts when needed. The youth sports discounts are awesome.

Mark who works in the golf section is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Enthusiastic and friendly and really assisted me with my purchase.

Went in to check out the sale on kayaks. Charles was so helpful we wound up with a two and all the supplies we needed. Great shopping experience!
