Best Buy

Went here with my brother a few times. They usually have decent computer parts and other goods. The Geek squad employee did well and knew their parts and information to look for.

I'm a PC enthusiast and I'm glad that there are people who can explain things better than I can in all honesty!

Came in with a friend whose phone turned into a brick. He needed a temporary phone until he got back home.
Jimmy Was working in the Cell phone area. Man were we lucky.
The old phone from another country and another manufacturer, was dead.
Jimmy took the Sim card out and replaced it, which I know is a no-brainer. But to walk it through another country is pretty damn amazing.
And the phone itself was not outrageously expensive.
I hope his manager remembers this at employee evaluation time.
Not just a raise, at least a 20 foot statue out in the parking lot would be a good start😂
And none of that marble, that will crack and fall apart in 100 years or so
It must be granite like the pyramids, and platinum, none of that gold either😂

We purchased an incredible TV, floor sale refrigerator (got so lucky this was an open box!) , and laptop today. We had awesome service from the time we walked in to our checkout process . Dino assisted us and answered my husbands endless questions on tv features and what is best . Walked out very happy customers , and are looking forward to the delivery on our products !

Bought a microwave at best buy. It was 200 dollars. It broke in 4 months. Had to call the store. I was protected under the 2 yr warranty. No problem they took it back and replaced it. No issues. They have great pricing and friendly staff.

Before going to Best Buy, I clear my schedule because I know I'm going to be here for a while 😂 Not in a bad way though. I enjoy seeing what's new and love the fact that whatever electronic I need, I find. Of course my Wife had to embarrass me by asking an employee " what section has the rugs" 😂

Great service. Brought my grass trimmer in because it would not start. They looked at it and found it be a simple fix. Did the fix and gave it back to me within 10 minutes.
If I need anything else fixed I know where to go for good service.

We went to check out and price 55-inch tvs. We were helped by Joe Doumat. He was very knowledgeable on the different types and brands of tv. We wound up buying the samsung QLED 4k smart tizen for a pretty good price. He walked us through everything we wanted and would need and didn't try to upsell us stuff we didn't want to buy. We will definitely go back and buy again as we still need 3 more tvs.

I love going to this particular store because it's the closest one to my location. This year I finally bought to Xbox 1 Series X after years of trying to purchase it!!!!! FINALLY!!!! And my favorite best buy had it!!

I’m been coming to this store for many years to get installed Alarm, radio, remote starter and the technicians are very professional and do the job pretty fast and after they done they explained me everything how the items works and I do recommend this place to anyone that needs the car upgrade on Music, Alarm, remote Starter, etc

Came here for my radio install! Fast service! They corrected mistakes made by the original store that sold me the wrong parts. Cost more but they made it right!

Always a great experience here. Never hard to find help, and they have always been knowledgeable. Even better is when that specific associate wasn't sure or didn't know they'd either ask another to help or find the info needed to help you. This store is in my opinion Superior to the Bethlehem location, off of 33 and Freemansburg.

Went here to install dual 10 inch subs and I can say that they did an amazing job. Very fair pricing and didn't even take that long. Aside from that they sound great and the install looks very clean. The cable management is fantastic and I cant even spot any of the wires, definetly recommend coming here!

I went to this store very upset 😢 about screws I needed for my Tv. I was assisted by Brian the store manager, who I took my frustration out on, however Brian remained calm and professional and went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you 🙏🏽 Brian and shout out to the entire

Employees are very nice here and they are young and act so professional. 👍🏾👍🏾The cell phone crew was really helpful... Especially Derrick. He explained several different phones and was very patient with questions! So nice to have good ole customer service. I'll have to go to Best Buy much more often! 🙂 ✨

I went in there today because I had an appointment to talk to somebody at the Geek Squad because my laptop was running really slowly. I knew I may have had to buy a new laptop.
Kevin, in the geek squad, was exceptional. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my laptop. He also explained the steps I would go through to get a new laptop and how I could take it back to him to make sure everything was working properly.
Thank you to the manager (?)who got me a sales person to wait on me to get the laptop because the other sales people were busy.
The salesman was so nice. I pointed out two laptops to him and I said it’s either this one or this one and he said honestly the less expensive one of these two is going to give you more power and that’s what you want. So honest! He made it so easy! Next thing I knew three people were helping ring up my purchase, making sure my questions were answered., etc
Back to Kevin who set everything up for me including Microsoft Office Suite! so I didn’t have to do it by myself. I just can’t thank you all enough. Truly. Everything went smoothly and clearly and pretty much just easily. You just made it so easy.

We came in today with a broken iPhone. Gabe at the cell phone helpdesk was phenomenal. Very attentive to details, and seemed to really enjoy his role. What we expected to be a full phone replacement turned out to be a simple fix at the geek squad counter, because Gabe suggested we visit them before buying a new phone outright. The manager and other staff members who helped in the process we’re also very nice and professional.

We’ve been coming here since the store opened many years ago, but this was a very good experience. Happy to have a team like this close by. Will certainly return.
