After 31 years we returned to Grandview Cemetery to go over details of our crypt by request from new ownership. The overall look of the cemetery was an improvement. The exterior fencing which was deteriorating was removed and the grounds nicely kept.
The staff was kind and considerate for we needed to finalize our wording and given the discount as a veteran. It was a pleasant experience and we left satisfied to have things finalized.

Have been visiting deceased loved ones for many years at Grandview Cemetery and also own 2 lots there. Cemetery is well kept and grass is always cut. My only complaint is the roads. They are terrible. When my Father was buried there 11 years ago, I commented on the terrible condition of the roads and was told they were going to be repaired “soon”! Please fix the roads. It really takes away from how nice the cemetery is. Thank you!

This cemetery is the worse managed and run I have ever seen! The people sell you a tombstone, you pay in full and one year later find out it's being held in a warehouse and never delivered!

When a loved one is buried here, you come back several weeks later to put flowers on the gravesite and find out the tombstone isn't in place and the "MANAGER" has no clue how it works (how the grounds crew does their work or why it isn't finished in this time.

EVERY SINGLE person blames the other and NOTHING gets done! They say they'll call you but you never hear from them. AVOID this place!

Not too happy-- poorly run: received conflicting info about prices, billing, location of site ETC. pluses :easy to get to right off 22., staff pleasant (just not too helpful)

A company that takes advantage of grieving families. Once you pay them, they could care less about anything else. They will lie to you thinking that you hoping you don't find out. They will let your loved ones grave look like someone vandalized it. Poor maintenance on the grounds with grass so high. A director (Trisha) who doesn't have a clue of what is going on and seems to be there just for lip service. For $699 to install a stone (besides the cost of the stone itself) I would have fired someone and not paid them.

They showed me her plot with her family. The day she was buried, it was at a different plot. They were going to "look into it." I called again, woman was going to a meeting, she would call me back. Awfully long meeting, since no phone call & it's been months. Also, most of the flat stones were covered. Definitely would not recommend this place.
