Always a pleasant experience , the pharmacy tries their best to be quick and efficient. Every time I come in, they have me on my way in minutes. No complaints. Same with the cashiers up front, always kind and respectful and as quick as they can be. Don't believe me? I take the bus. It drops me off at around 35 after, i get into the store and have to be out to catch the bus by 50 after the latest. That's 15 mins to come in, visit the pharmacy, grab my items, and still check out at the register, and still run back to the bus stop.
As I said, no complaints. I'm surprised to see it at 1.6 stars, as i shop here very regularly all because the bus will get me back home so quickly. The negative reviews and crazy complaints are more than likely bc there are a lot of people who love to take their time at the register , and that is no fault to the employee , what do you expect them to do curse out a grandmother bc she is slow? No. Have better planning and time management skills. Leave earlier if you have to be somewhere bc it is not uncommon to see slow old ladies in a PHARMACY.

Alright I see all the comments about the pharmacy, which I cannot speak to. But that SAME DAY PICKUP LIFE THOUGH 😍 wow I have never done it before at Walgreens and it was sooo convenient. Most importantly, I’m so impressed by the customer service! Julian was amazing and so kind and speedy in bringing everything out. Everything I had placed was there and I even had two separate ones and they had both ready! It was so quick and no offense, way better than my CVS same day pickups :) yay Walgreens!! 🤩

I am not sure how this Walgreens is open. There is a sign on the door before you walk into the Walgreens that says unsafe on deemed property. The notice is dated from December 2023. If this is an unsafe structure on safe for customers and staff, how is this Walgreens open?
I do not live by this Walgreens however, I was in town and decided to stop. This is alarming.

The pharmacists and employees here are terrible. I wasted an hour of my day after work to come get the covid booster and they wouldn’t administer the shot. I filled out their online form and one question asked if I had received any vaccines over the past week. I said yes I received a flu vaccine yesterday. Then it said my appointment is confirmed. When I showed up I waited 30 min then when they finally called me, they said oh if you received your flu shot yesterday you can’t get the vaccine today. I am a physician myself and I know the CDC states that there is NO recommended waiting period between vaccines. So whether it’s Walgreens stupid policy or these people’s misunderstanding - I wasted my time. Go elsewhere or better yet don’t go to Walgreens. Go to your doctors office.

Yvonne the “pharmacist” does not know state statutes nor the definition of medical discrimination. If you challenge her lack of knowledge she will threaten to call the police on you and slam the pharmacy shutters in your face. I’ll be reporting this via every avenue legally possible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a prescription sent there around 1:30pm and called around 3:00pm to see if it was ready. They told me it would be ready at 4:00pm. I then had my husband go after work at 5:00pm as I am at home with our 3 week and a pretty serious infection (why I need the medicine in the first place), and they told him that they are 3 hours behind. I understand being backed up but you shouldn’t tell someone when something will be ready and then not fulfill that promise. It’s different when you are legitimately ill and need that medication to get better. So save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Unprofessional, tardy on prescriptions, unorganized and poor service.

Pharmacy refused to help transfer medication and the girl at the counter gave me a hard time.

Told me it would take 3 more hours to get my wife’s medication after waiting 3 hours before hand.

well my experience with Walgreens really sucks my insurance card got stolen by an employee of the small greens I don't know who but one employees stole my insurance card here that's what this Walgreens is about

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. Went to the pharmacy at 7:40am, stood there for 10 minutes and the pharmacist/employee behind the register didn't even look at me. To leave this review, I've had several (at least 5) instances of the pharmacists displaying terrible customer service. Not only will I be changing pharmacies despite this location being just 3 minutes from my home, I will also be contacting corporate. If you don't like your job - then QUIT, instead of being awful employees.

Literally lied about the bathroom being closed at 7pm. Walked right out as I don't shop at a place where a manager lies. Oh this was a online shop order so. Manager should be let go.

Pharmacy is never open. The pharmacists call off work almost daily. The district manager, kate, does not respond to emails. I have been waiting over 24 hours for a script they said would take 90 minutes to fill. I cant get it filled eslewhere because walgreens will not cancel the script i dropped off.

So, I went to pick up my meds after waiting few days due to pharmacy being closed for no personal and I had the nastiest person “helping” me. Her name is Shateal. I told her Good morning I’m here to pick up my meds and she was just “okkk” and making faces. I was waiting for her to ask me for my DOB or last name and she just stood there making faces. Girl if you don’t like your job or you’re having a bad morning, us customers that pay your salary don’t have anything to do with that. Terrible service. SMH

Had our doctor send a prescription there after hours since their website and recording say the pharmacy was open 24 hours. I drive there only to find the pharmacy is closed because of no pharmacist. This is now the second time this location has pulled this garbage

Do us all a favor and stop advertising a 24 hour pharmacy.

Bought a hair dye for my daughter when I get back home it was trash inside I guess a previous exchange was made but they put trash inside and sealed the box again… I came back to exchange the product and it almost felt like they thinks I was the one who put that garbage inside and try to get more product. I really hate coming to this guetto locations of stores cause they think everyone is like that.
