This place will be my new go to when I'm visiting Vermont. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman that made sure we got a great room for us and our 3 large dogs . He was even respectful that one of them was a service dog . The room was so clean too! When I walked in it smelled plesent. Nice hot water for a shower lovely accommodations with pots, silverware, glasses,plates and bowls. I had such a good sleep on the comfy mattress and perfect pillows . Everything from the greeting to the check out was wonderful .

The room is great, super sleek look and modern design. The sink is a bit too tall, but overall everything is great. Breakfast was good, the food is well attended and the whole breakfast space is clean. They have an outdoor grilling and fireplace area that is great for socializing.

We've only been here one night so far, but I am loving it. We have a 2 bedroom suite and there's plenty of space for us. Having a full kitchen is wonderful and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious! We haven't gotten to use the pool yet, but it looks wonderful. Housekeeping seems excellent as well!

This place is a great value all around. The staff are extremely friendly. Housekeeping does a great job and the rooms are comfortable. Great for family travel in a central location. We travel often to Vermont to visit family spread across the state and this is the best balance of amenities and price we have found. We will be back.

We spent two nights at TownePlace Suites last week with our five month old baby. It was our first family trip and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations (room was large with two rooms, which was great for baby's sleep). The hotel was clean and appears to have been recently renovated. The staff was so friendly and helpful, providing a portable crib at check in, the breakfast offerings were better than many similar hotels and the weekday evening socials with snacks and beer/wine were also a pleasant surprise. Thank you Towneplace Suites for making our first family road trip a great success! We will be back on our next trip to the Burlington area.

Stayed here for a night with my 60 pound dog. Overall, everything about my stay was perfect.

Good:
* easy check-in and check-out
* decent sized indoor swimming pool
* awesome rooms with super comfortable beds
* functional kitchen with microwave, fridge and electric stove
* perfect shower pressure
* dog walk areas are relatively clean, if you don't look closely

Bad:
* breakfast area is pretty small, enough seating for only 20 people, and I assume they have at least 10x number of guests

This hotel is my go to in the greater Burlington area. Have stayed here over a dozen times and it's always a solid value, with everything up to Marriott standards. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they just completed an update that freshened and expanded the fitness center and (free) breakfast area. They also added a complimentary happy hour that includes light food and Switchback Ale on tap, as well as wine.

Great place! absolutely awesome atmosphere the staff is AMAZING 😉...buuut there’s NO pool 🏊🏾‍♀ and when we stayed there the website and overview said that they had a pool..when we got there they had and option to have a free membership to the edge for the duration of your stay which we LOVED 😍 the carpets need to be changed and some of the furnaces and thermostats need to be updated. But we loved it ❤

It has been a spectacular visit. The front desk lady was very nice. complementary food & drinks are available 24/7, includont coffee & alcohol. The propery looks and feels very nice too. The hotel feels like an apartment from the inside-out because it's built in the midst of other residential apartment buildings, which can also make the place a little tricky to find. If you like walking, there are nice walking loops available and if you like shopping, there are convenient stores nearby too.

We only stayed here 1 night but we look forward to staying in the future! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a full size fridge, which we were grateful for, and the hotel is close to Shaw's, the 99, Texas Roadhouse, and the highway. Downtown Burlington was a quick 10-15 minute drive.

I have had to stay in Burlington due to a very sick family member at the hospital. Tim answered my desperate plea for an afordable room rate during peak tourist season in VT. The hotel is perfect, the rooms are so homey. I am so grateful this hotel gave me a safe haven when my world was crashing.

Great hotel! Room was spacious and quiet. The in room kitchen exceeded expectations and the breakfast was very well done. The Monday thru Thursday evening complimentary snacks was a wonderful surprise. Stayed for four nights and this is the only place we will stay when visiting VT.

Amazing hotel. Good breakfast and social during the week. The general manager definitely goes out of his way to make sure the hotel and customers are taken care of! One night during the evening social it was raining and he was out in the rain cooking on the grill because it was bbq night at the hotel. He was friendly and hard working. I definitely will be coming back again.

Very clean. Heat worked surprisingly well. TV has netflix on it (you need your own subscription).
Maids were timely and respectful. Wifi was very consistent. Front desk receptionist was incredibly over the top friendly and accommodating.

Pretty well kept and very clean. Staff was all very pleasant. Lots of options for breakfast, though it’s not a normal buffet due to covid. Overall pricy but we have no complaints.

I was working in Burlington for the summer and had an O-K Air BNB for the majority of the time, but my job was extended for a week and I was relocated to this property.

And I am so glad I was.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have the option of "Internet TV" in the room where you can sign in to your streaming services (but offer free HBO!), which is so much nicer than pulling out my laptop or hooking up my AppleTV.

There are several grocery stores nearby, and we used the in-unit kitchen to cook more than we expected for our one-week trip.

BUT THE BEST PART was the hospitality. My second day here, I was told that they have a Chef's Special Monday-Thursday from 5-7pm in the main dining area. They offered complimentary food (on different nights they offered burgers, pasta with meatballs, and homemade potstickers and lo mein) as well as alcoholic beverages.

I have to give Sean a shout-out. He was working hard to make sure there was enough food for everyone, AND pour beers, and STILL asked about my day, what brought me to Burlington, and made sure everything was going well with my stay. He remembered my name on subsequent nights, asked if I wanted to try a new beer on tap, and was genuinely warm and welcoming. I have never encountered such hospitality- it is crystal clear that he really prides himself on creating an environment that is more than just a hotel stay.

Thank you so much, Sean, and the whole team. You made my week.

The room was very clean, saw room service cleaning one room and they scrub the floors and vaccume the floors and change the sheets, very nice and friendly staff, house keeping comes daily to change towel or garbage or whatever you need if nothing they go onto the next room, wont knock if you have the sign on the door, one problem i had wasnt with the hotel but when i tipped the house keeping for the simple task she looked at me and felt so appreciative, like no geusts tip them ever, for the services they do and how fast and respectfully thwy do it please tip them. Nice small kitchen, one problem was no oven, nice bathroom and an amazing california king bed. The rooms were air tight, set the temperature you want and itll stay like that no annoyin on off on off heater or fan maybe once every 2.5 hours. And rooms are cheap for the wonderful stay, definetly will stay again. WARNING: NO POOL..... the site said there was but sadly wasnt which with the service and cleanli ess wasnt a loss, the guy at the front desk said because it is a newer building they havent gotten the pool in yet, but will be coming soon. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PLACE FOR BOTH SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM SATYING

This Marriot Towne Place is easily located off of the Highway, yet far enough to not be on the Highway which allows you to settle into the surrounding community and relax. The rooms are very nice. Parking is perfect and the staff goes to ends to be welcoming and extremely accommodating. This Towne Place provides a very nice breakfast, but on day two I highly recommend that you take the very short walk to the Chef's Corner for Chocolate Croissants or any other delicious delight that you may choose from this bakery's display. My wife and I can't say enough great compliments about the staff and especially the Manager, Jim. We checked in late one evening, exhausted, and were so happy with Jim's welcoming demeanor. First impressions make all the difference! My wife had been injured on the slopes at Stowe and we needed special accommodations during our several day stay before our flight home. Jim made sure that we had what we needed and were as comfortable as possible and for that I am very thankful! Jim, Thank You!!! RRH
