Excellent dealership! Despite the added complexity that shopping for a vehicle out of state brings, Hillary did a great job making sure the process was as seamless as possible. She made sure my needs were met, including sending me additional pictures of the vehicle, checking to make sure that my vehicle qualified for the used EV tax credit, and providing me with the vehicle’s service history prior to me making the trip out there. Love my ID.4 and can’t recommend Hillary and this dealership enough!

Shopping for a car sucks, especially when you're out of state. I'd been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek with a standard transmission, low mileage and in my price range for almost two months. I spoke with more than a dozen dealers all across the country. Some, very clearly, were not interested in working with me.

I saw this one pop up on auto trader and requested info on it. In less than 20 minutes, Hillary Hibbard contacted me. Before 9 A.M. on a Saturday! Color me shocked!

She was very helpful, heard me when I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She went so far as to send a video of the car since seeing it in person wasn't exactly reasonable. We came to an agreement by 12:30 that afternoon.

We set an appointment to sign the papers later in the week and I worked with Kevin. He showed me all my options and asked me what mattered to me and what fit my budget. There was no pressure whatsoever. I decided on an extended warranty after he gave me the time to not only reach out to a friend for advice but also read through the specifics of what was covered and what was not. He explained everything in clear detail.

I could not be happier with the way I was taken care of by the team I worked with. They even let me bring my pup insidewhen u was signing the papers! She loves her new ride!

We had an awesome experience with this VW dealer! My fiancé and I looked at the cars in their lot and was greeted right away by Tom Rykr. I explained that we were just looking at an Atlas Cross Sport for my new lease and that same day we test drove one. Then the following day we came home with a brand new Atlas Cross Sport of my dreams… All thanks to Tom who was very helpful, kind, attentive and he communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. 10/10 experience!

This was our 4th vehicle from Hillary Hibbard, she is by far the best we have ever had. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Nothing but great things to say about Shearer VW. Absolutely seamless purchase, and have been loving my 2020 Jetta ever since. Driving a 6 spd. Trista was the Salesperson who helped me get into my first lease! In mere hours of my arrival at Shearer, I was immediately greeted and helped by Trista. She was professional, wise, attentive to details, and courteous offering me coffee, water, and even hot tea! I really did appreciate everyone else there that helped, including Kevin, and the Gentleman that helped me with the paperwork was so friendly and professional, I had never thought I would be through the paperwork in mere minutes not hours! I appreciated Trista's proactive approach to my time limits, I only had a few hours before work, so she jumped into action, multitasking, considerately and proactively, while having the car detailed inside and out by another nice young man who I definitely won't forget by his wonderful detailing job of my new ride! This is my second vehicle from Shearer VW. All I can say is, what a great experience! Terry Pomerleau was absolutely amazing and worked hard to get me into my new 2024 Atlas CS SEL-R and the best deal for my trade (2021 Atlas CS SEL-R). I told him what I wanted for a payment and he made it work! 100% recommend him and Nicholas Zagras (he helped me last time as well). I had a recall on my last Atlas and they got me a loaner since I live in NY. A+ experience!!

Great experience with this VW dealer! Had plans to lease an ID.4 and passed Shearer VW while traveling out of state, decided to kill some time and see the car live. I explained to Tom R that we did not want to try an out of state lease, but had some questions and he still totally took care of us! Tom was very generous with his time and treated me and the whole family (5) like we were his best customers in the world despite no real sales opportunity. What a refreshing experience, wish I lived closer so I could do business with them!

We started shopping online and we were contacted by Hillary to help us with some questions we had. We are about an hour away from the dealership so we wanted to make sure we got the answers we were looking for before heading over to the dealership. She was amazing. Purchased my 2nd vehicle a few days ago making the switch to Electric. Terry was fantastic he walked me through every button & gadget on this car. I was just blown away by all the features but mostly the time he spent doing so & making sure that I understood how everything worked.

Normally when you buy a car they just give you the keys & say bye. VW does things a little different the staff is very friendly , knowledgeable & actually cares & wants you to have a great experience. This was also the second time working with Nick in finance. Helpful, friendly & knowledgeable . He not only remembered me from a few years ago but was able to help with my extended warranty I purchased with my other vehicle.
