We've just made a second purchase with the SuperStore in February 2024 for a new Samsung Dual Oven Range to go with our Side by Side Samsung Frig we got from them last year.

There was an issue with the Double Oven not working at all. Kimberly, the Sales Manager, got their repair service over to our home in only 48 hours after I'd notified her of the issue the day of delivery. The issue turned out to be minor (an unplugged connection) and we were back to enjoying our new Dual Range so soon after delivery only 2 days later.

We are so pleased how quickly Superstore/Kimberly handled our concerns and got things resolved.

I've purchased from the Super Store since the late 90s for both appliances and TVs/Electronics and every purchase has been a 100% satisfactory experience.

They stand behind their products and if you have valid issues or concerns, they'll resolve for you to your satisfaction.

They fully support extended warranties and handle quick replacements as well as I know when my dehumidifier died and they handled the extended warranty replacement very promptly!

Gotta' say, PLEASE give this Vermont owned business your patronage and they will "deliver". The chain stores selling the same or similar products have less interest in your satisfaction after the sale. It's just not the same quality of customer care that you will get from a local Vermont owned Business.

We are due to get a new over Range Microwave/Vent Hood and it will be SuperStore where we'll head first!

My husband and I just purchased a washer from Superstore. We were very pleased with the delivery time. The men who delivered it was Kyle and Andrew. They were very polite and had great personalities. They worked really well together. When buy again hope to have these two deliver. Thank you. Love the washer

After working through getting my floors replaced and a working refrigerator it is finally done and floor looks great and the refrigerator works and contains no error codes. The delivery crew stayed and made sure that there were no issues with the refrigerator and the water worked. The installers were extra careful with putting in the refrigerator and did not leave so much as a scuff on the floor. Thank
You for making things right and putting in new flooring and working with our installer and vendor.

I am so far beyond upset today. I had my new fridge delivered and the person plugged it in and then told my husband that the giant rip in my floor as there prior to him installing it. First, you plugged in my fridge and didn’t even make sure it was working properly you left it with an error code. Even worse the installer literally destroyed my new floor and the told my husband without showing him before leaving that the floor was torn and claimed it was there before. My floor was NOT torn before this and no one bothered to call me or text me a photo while I was at work. I am so upset by this I am ready to return the fridge and hopefully get my flooring replaced then go buy a fridge from somewhere else. I chose to stay local to benefit our local economy and because I have had great experiences with my other appliances at this store. I will heavily consider where I make purchases in the future. I have walked away with a completely ruined kitchen floor and a busted
fridge....

Editing this to add more about our experience. Our salesman, Taylor was great to work with. We had an issue with our range. He immediately responded and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. No work on our end. He took care of it all. Excellent service!

Great experience. We were looking for a new range. We decided on what we wanted and then looked at a lot of places. Superstore had it for the lowest price and we’re able to get it from their warehouse the next week.
Tim and Allan were the delivery crew and did a quick efficient job of delivering the new one and removing the old. They even looked through the old one and found a bunch of pans I forgot to remove.

Many Thanks to Kyle and Andrew for flawlessly delivering my new refrigerator. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They worked great together navigating steps, entry way clearances, and other obstacles removing the old and installing the new refrigerator. They also provided some tips on the water and ice dispensing and how to level the doors if needed in the future. A great delivery experience that I would recommend! Thanks!

unfortunately after only 4 weeks our brand new refrigerator died, within 2 business days the service company came to see what was wrong. The tech. determined it was best to send a brand new one. We were slated for a 10 day wait. pleasantly we recieved a call telling us that someone had postponed their delvery so we got it a few days earlier. Kyle and Andrew were our delivery men, pleasant, careful, polite and fast. They took the old one out and had the new one in within 10 minutes. there were no boxes or packaging left behind. thank you for a pleasant buying experience

We just had Kyle and Andrew deliver our new refrigerator, and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve bought appliances and electronics from this wonderful and locally owned store over the years, and we’ve always been treated well, and the salespeople have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Kyle and Andrew showed up on time, and they were professional, efficient, and friendly. Happy to recommend.

Great service! They were recommended by our local repair man when our range broke. We replaced our gas stove with a new Induction range. Even though they did not have the model I wanted, they ordered it and even price matched. It was incredibly quick in spite of appliances being back-ordered everywhere. Kimberly was a dream to work with, and a quick and efficient delivery was provided by Tim and Alan their delivery team.

I finally broke down and decided to replace my Weber grill. I wasn't sure which one I was going to get but after talking to Rusty I was explained the different features and their advantages. It was also nice to hear he was in the process of buying the same one! I bought more grill than expected but for all the right reason's. I have no regrets and am "super" satisfied with my new Grill! I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that I was provided and the knowledge of both Rusty and all the other staff I have dealt with over the years in all of the department's. They have my business for life!

Very happy with my new washer that was just delivered. Both men who delivered it (Travis & Alan) were professional, informative and careful of my new floors. Great price, flawless purchase (thank you, James) and was delivered an hour earlier than anticipated (they called beforehand). Extremely happy with the SuperStore and will highly recommend/use for future purchases. Also, an extra shout out to Travis and Alan who were great energy, funny and friendly on a Monday morning - especially after the Super Bowl.

Came on time. Through, efficient and got the washer and dryer installed in record time. Took the old ones out and Tim and Alan instructed me on the use of both. Great job! And I did the whole purchase over the phone! What a pleasure.

We had a new washing machine delivered and immediately after the installers left, it made a large banging noise. We called the store and they were able to get the installer to come back immediately. He was able to make some adjustments and fix the problem and now we are good to go! We appreciate that kind of excellent service!

Ordered a new oven and it came in on. Had it delivered and was delivered exactly when they told us it would be. Travis and Alan were extremely professional and polite. They installed the oven and explained the operation of it. We are very happy with the oven, the service the attention to not only their time but ours as well. Thank you Super Store.

Love getting furniture and appliances at the SuperStore. Travis and Alan did a great job delivering our new refrigerator down a set of steep basement stairs! They were professional, friendly, and took care to make sure everything was working properly!
