Carol Ann helped us with a return. Went the extra mile to call another store to put a hold on our coat that they had in my size. Meanwhile she helped others quickly and professionally. Definitely a positive store experience.

Pleasant visit yesterday. I asked an employee if there was any stock not out as I was looking for a particular size. She said everything was out but if I ordered it on line while I was in the store it would be shipped to me with no shipping fee. She also went on to show me how to get onto Kohls Wi-Fi and then scan the item I was looking at and then change the size on the order. So easy but I didn’t know that I could do that. Very helpful, I will certainly go there again.

So excited I found my son his prom tux here. I was worried we were too late in the game, but we got everything we needed. The cashier was awesome enough to give us the online discount and with the sale I paid the same amount to buy as I would have to rent one. Now he has a nice suit for any occasion. Stop renting it's such a waste!

I went to visit Sephora and i have to say that the lady that helped me first was great. But Jala really worked with me in getting my makeup and helped with colors. She absolutely knows what she's doing. I recommend this Sephora to all. Thanks for the help Jala. You deserve a raise.

Great store with great prices especially when you sign up for a yes to you rewards and Link that with your Kohl's charge. He gets spectacular clearance deals and they carry a wide selection of in-store brands and high end retail clothing as well. Customer service is always exceptional

Always clean. The wait at the register varies but there is always a line. Customer service is quick compared to other stores. Need more cashier's .
