Camelback Ski Resort

Great trails and snowmaking capabilities. Fast lifts. Best resort in the Poconos. I only go weekdays so it’s not crowded. I’m sure weekends are crazy. Parking is a little expensive but depends on where you park. Usually open 9am-9pm on weekdays and most trails are lit.

Had a great time the past 3 days there, the skiing my kids had a great time and the water park was also a good time! The service was excellent and our room was very nice! In my opinion this place tops the other two water parks in the area!

Great place for skiing. Good trails for beginners. It is also suitable for experts if it is not possible to travel far. I can't think of a better place to ski closer to New York.

Went in December had enough trails open to satisfy me. Lines at 6 person high speed lift were no wait. Got rental skis they were great. Stayed in the hotel was clean and like new. Water park seemed nice but only did the wave wall . Food at Steak House was great. Only disappointment was that kids in hotel room above us were loud.

Pretty straight shot off 80 from jersey. Was a nice stay. Our suite was pretty nice and I didn't have really any complaints about it. Everything worked as it should, service at Trails End was nice, and the magician was cool.

Arcade wasn't too bad. Daughter loved the pool and all the activities surrounding it. We'll definitely be coming again in the winter for another stay.

First time visiting and we enjoyed it. Place was clean and organized. The staff working was friendly and helpful. We only visit to ski; we didn’t stay at the actual resort. The rental place was easy and quick.

What a great place. It's the only place where you can see wet bathing suites and ski jackets walking past each other and neither batting an eye.
We had a really great experience and honestly cant wait to go back. It was one of my favorite trips ever.

We had a great time. The staff went above and beyond. It was my son's birthday and wanted to play laser tag together as a group. The young man working was so kind and patient. My son is autistic and a bit fearful but really wanted to do it. The young man gave him a tour of the laser tag area and showed him what to expect. It may seem like a small action, but it was so impactful. Our son had so much fun. It was a great experience!!!

Went here for my first time snowboarding and I loved it ! You can rent directly from camelback but I used a company called Alpine Ski for their boots, snowboard, helmet, and wrist straps for about $60. The lift tickets for camelback were about $110. I went for only one day on a Saturday and got there at about 1pm. It was pretty packed but there was still room on the easier mountains to feel safe enough to fall. The ride back was a bit nerve-racking since it was a pretty bad storm we had to drive through, but everything else was great. I can’t wait to go again !

First time skiing and it was a blast. Although it rained all day on my last day, the big lift had a shield so that was neat. The staff was nice and most of the people there were aswell. For anyone who hasn’t ski’d before, try not to fall into people, they can get pretty upset. Overall it was amazing and I’m definitely coming in the summer to go to their Waterpark.

My family and I spent thanksgiving weekend at Camelback and it felt like we were at our home away from home. The checking process was so smooth and the lady was so friendly. At first we were skeptical about spending the holiday there but we didn't regret it at all. Natalee was amazing and made sure we felt right at home. We called the front desk twice for help and they sent a male first and he was unable to fix it so I had to call front desk again and they sent Natalee and when she came and saw the issue and was able to fix it in less than a second, she even told us about the different restaurants and activities they were having. She was amazing and so friendly with a warm personality. What can I say but excellent service and a family oriented approach. I rate this place 100000000/100 and we would definitely be back soon.

First time ever snow tubing! We went for our daughter’s birthday for the weekend! Had a ball! The staff is super friendly and accommodating! We are trying to return before spring!

The only thing was that there wasn't a charging port on the resort, so we had to walk 1.8 miles each day to charge the car. The staff gave me the wrong information about the pajama party. I understand because it was changed at the last minute. The activity manager provided us with hot chocolate because it was cold and complimentary due to the inconvenience of the situation. My bill for Hemisphere was expensive for 3 people. There weren't many options to choose from.
Overall, it was great.

Our family weekend was absolutely magical! We had an incredible time, and the service exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The water park was a blast, and the expansive arcade offered a wide array of exciting machines, VR experiences, laser tag, and more. Wow! 👍

My party of 10 went to camelback for our bday get-together. When we pulled up we were greeted by the bubbly Kim who assisted with our bags being handed off to the porters. She was an ideal indication of the friendliness we would experience with the staff on a whole. Speaking of staff, shout out to Lynn at the bar who makes an amazing strawberry blend and Crystal in the dining room who made my birthday breakfast experience extra special. Now, the hallways are loooooooong. Having to wash hands outside of the bathroom was odd but thankfully we always travel with baby wipes and sanitizer. Purchased the 160 bday voucher and the birthday cake was DRY and to make matters worse they forgot to bring the drinks so we 10 shared a bottle of water to wash it down while we waited over an hour to get the drinks. Why, the vending machine was not functioning. Paid for late checkout 3pm but didn't have access to our room after regular checkout 11am so had to go get new wristbands. All that said, I had a great time and will be back.

Jim is my daughter's ski instructor. Lauren is a beginner and he was so patient in teaching her the proper tricks of skiing. Lauren adapted pretty quick and learned so much with mr Jim. I commend him for his patience and amazing skills in teaching. - chitz boursiquot

Great place. Year around fun. Love the arcade, coffee shop very nice overall the lodge is everything you need.

Great place for the family. Have enjoyed skiing here with my kids and the indoor water park is fun too.
