AT&T Store

BARRO Darren was very helpful in helping me pick the Sam S 24+. He took his time explain my new bill to me and the additional cost of that bill. He made me feel very relaxed as a AT&T customer of over 30 years And I have full trust and everything that he said and everything that he did you need to get more people like this guy so that things are nice and smooth and easy-going. I went to the AT&T store tonight with my family & had a great experience for our 3rd time working with Quincy. He is super knowledgeable, patient & kind. Yesterday I went into the store to get a new phone, I had no idea what I was doing. Darron helped me get situated and made sure I understood what everything meant. He was very kind, we had great conversations. I had a great experience the environment was great everyone seemed nice

Quincy Jones helped me today. I can’t say enough good things about him. I walked in clueless and he not only technically helped me but he broke everything down in terms I understood. I definitely recommend this store and this salesman.

Ahmed was fantastic, super patient with me and helped me get into a new phone! I was able to also get my bill lower by taking advantage of a ton of opportunities! I’m so lucky to have this AT&T where they truly care! The manager was also super nice, always making sure I was being helped and making for an awesome experience!

Ahmed the AT&T rep was patient, kind, understanding and walked my dad and I through the process of getting my dad a new phone and getting new Apple Watches. He did everything in his power to find ways to save us money, and he did! He was essentially working a double shift because one of the other reps had car troubles, but you would have never known how tired he must have been! He's a credit to AT&T! Ahmed is honestly the sweetest representative I’ve ever worked with. He was so helpful. Helped me get a new phone and saved money on my bill. If you have to go in make sure you ask for Ahmed.

They were very helpful. They helped install my mother's SIM card. The other AT&T inside stroud mall wanted to charge me for a new SIM card they said might not work. The guy in this AT&T just transferred the SIM card from her old phone to the new one I bought for her from Target. No charge! Thank you very much!

Quincy Jones was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue and stayed longer than he needed to make sure that my problem was resolved. He made me feel supported and welcomed.

Quincy was on lunch when we returned to AT&T in Stroudsburg PA. We were together as a family. Quincy looked at the four of us and said let’s sit here on the couches where we can be comfortable. He assisted us in purchasing a new I Phone along with a new case and screen protector. Quincy also looked at our family account and was able to save us money. A great experience overall. Thank you

My Samsung Galaxy S23 did an update a couple days ago & I was no longer able to make or receive calls without my phone going haywire. I actually had to restart my phone to hang up a call! I was told by another AT&T store as well as Samsung, that I would need to trade my phone in. I was so upset bc there's nothing wrong with my phone. I went to this AT&T store in Bartonsville PA with the intent of trading it in but they actually fixed my problem! I highly recommend this actual store & will never go anywhere else!

I stopped at this location today and was service by Quincy Jones, let me tell you service by him is superb, got me in quick did what he needed to do and out the door. Very helpful and amicable and his service is awesome.
