Such a fun spot. We went in the winter and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor activities. Best snow tubing I've ever experienced. We had a wheelchair accessible room which was great. We did have a sanitation problem with our first room and the staff was quick to assist and moved us promptly.

My wife and two kids stayed for one night. Room was basically as seen on picture. Quite clean and nice view over the hills. That indoor water park is huge, but shd be more fun for teens and adults, our 2 and 4 yr old didn’t enjoy much with the kiddie pool or maybe just them as I saw other kids were able to have fun. There arcade looks fun but we didn’t play much.
The ski area is also quite nice, we just stay at the bunny slope to play with our kids. We were able to park at the general area that came with our hotel stay (walkable distance but harder with the gears so we waited for the shuttle). Or else I would recommend to pay a bit more to park at D2 premium parking if you have your own gear to carry. Not much of service as things are quite automated.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff was great as well. Only thing was they wasn't really informed on the changes for the pajama party, so we didn't receive the correct information. They don't have a charging station for electric cars so me and my spouse had to walk 1.6miles to a nearby charging port every day. Which was very aggrevating since we was paying 25 a day for parking our car at the resort. We did speak to the activity coordinator about this issue. The roller coaster ride was so much fun. We ate at Hemisphere. There wasn't many options for 4 people our bill came up to $80 for the buffet. My little don't eat much.
The $400 holding fee was a shock next time I will read the fine print.
This was a great experience for me and my family overall.

Before we book we read the reviews and I was afraid that was a good idea for the cost and other experiences that I read but I booked any ways to give it a try. It was the best idea! The place is crowded because of the season I guess but the service don't get low. The food is good and the prices were affordable. We just used the tubbing area and the pool during our 3 days stay. My family enjoyed a lot. We definitely need to came back.

We went on Sunday when people were leaving and stayed till Monday when most people were at work/school. The hotel room was a bit smaller, but it was reasonably priced, and the water park was rather uncrowded and absolutely no line to wait. Because there was no line, we were climbing up the stairs for all the big/good slides nonstop! The kids had a blast!

The best indoor water park on the east coast. The rooms were clean and the water park was amazing. Way less crowded than Great Wolf Lodge. I would highly recommend!

The resort was great. I loved how big the rooms were. Going tubing and swimming in one day was awesome. They have the best buffet there and the friendliest staff.

I have been coming to camelback for many years. Watching it grow into the vacation destination it is today. Sure it’s not like skiing out west but that’s an impossible task to accomplish. It is definitely my favorite place to ski in the Poconos. The rooms are canvas with nice nature pictures. Plenty of space for everyone to get good sleep. The bunks are fun for the kids to sleep on. We only used our room for showers and sleeping. The main attraction are the slopes. And evening waterpark trips. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. If I could change anything it would be the price of parking. Seems ridiculous that you have to pay for it when you stay at the hotel, or even if someone were to be a day use skier. And the price of food. The sit down restaurants are not over priced for the quality and portion size but the fountain drinks are $4.50 each with no refills aside from the water park. The ramen house serves up a warm bowl of yum. However it is entirely too disorganized. Be sure to allow extra time to wait in line for your lunch. Trails end restaurant serves up good meals and offers heated dining in the tent. I definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. So you are not stuck waiting. I always enjoy the water park. They have all the slides you can want or need for a good time. And nothing beats unwinding in the indoor/outdoor hot tub after a full day of fun. The hotel is large, so carry your boots to get pick up your gear. Rent a locker or leave the shoes under a bench. It is a real treat to ski in and out of the hotel. Most importantly have fun, that’s what this place is all about.

this only shows 5 stars but its really 1 star i just dont believe in hurting businesses. anyways its an okay resort. my room smelled like when they mop with a dirty mop, front desk at check in was nice the lady but the guy the next day was to sarcastic. THE TIKI bar bartender was nasty bad service and the food i know what i signed up for so no comment. but the bartender there and his partner dont know how to make drinks, or be genuinely nice. only smiled to Caucasian guest and im not no activist so it doesn’t bother me but wow. the water park is fully staffed i felt very safe, the cafe was nice and good coffee, the breakfast well its hotel breakfast, the other restaurant i think was short staffed because i could never find help but thats okay. the only person who changed my whole review from 1 to 5 is the manager in the arcade god bless her. i went in to buy a toy for my nephew and was short a few points and she rounded it up and gave me a gift and a good laugh please give her the proper thank you. everyone is great except the oasis bartender really bummed us out have someone teach him to he a nice person to guest! it puts other good peoples jobs at risk because imagine if all guests interacted with him there wouldn’t be returning customers!

At the base of the ski slopes, indoor waterpark is awesome. This is a great location if you love to ski, but your better half and kid like to splash while you hit the slopes.

Our stay at Camelback Lodge was a dream! The staff’s warmth made us feel right at home—greetings every time we stepped in or out. The waterpark was a hit with its well-thought-out layout, providing endless fun for my 5, 7, and 12-year-olds. The snow tubing at 6 pm was magical, with the twinkling lights and a smooth ramp ride up the hill. Can’t wait for our next visit! 🌟

Quick weekend trip to Camelback Resort Waterpark. Family really enjoyed everything they had to offer. Overnight Guest Rooms, Waterpark, Arcade & food were all excellent value. Would recommend outside of holiday season.

This is an annual trip we take for my daughter's birthday. There is something everyone in the family can enjoy. The staff are exceptional. Everything is clean. The gluten free pizza is really good. The family really just loves it here.

I love coming here normally every summer. Fantastic area. Call ONLY for a cheaper rate! Online is expensive. When calling a reservation, you get a once and a lifetime deal and it's up to you to take it! Think quick! Cant call back if you need to think about it, because it's subject to change. That's how business works. They have a beautiful bars, inside the water parks, and any extracurricular activities.

What an experience! This is my first resort, and they did not disappoint. The resort is huge, equipped with endless fun for a getaway, family vacation, groups, weddings, literally anything event wise, and you can get it done here year round. This place is truly insane. We stayed for the puchicon event inside of the resort. They had a private and imitate area for the convention, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Staff and guests. Our room was huge, the deluxe queen suite equipped with a fridge and microwave. They have a standard bathtub and shower, and the sink is separate. The room could easily fit a group of 6 with an eating area and a huge couch. There wasn't any coffee in the room, but you can drink at the bistro located on the first floor upon enterence to the left. Also, two restaurants are located inside the resort and other restaurants outside the resort that you have to drive to get to. Inside the resort, there's the aquatic center, indoor play areas, game arcade downstairs, standard gym, cafe, pastries, and cake shop. Yep, get ready to walk because the facility is again HUGE. I'm not even listing everything you can actually do there. On their website, they will tell you the endless things you can sign up for. We came in October, and the trees are beautiful in autumn! They have a shuttle that will take you up the mountain in the pictures I provided you. You can select packages to do things outdoors on the mountain like hiking, zip lining, and a roller coaster ride. Or stay inside the resort for the water activities. Our package was indoors at the resort, so we had a lot of fun at the aquatic center. The water is heated and there's even bar. We went as a couple but will definitely bring our two kids for our next time there. Have fun guys ♡ Belle

Great place. We came here to celebrate our daughter's 11th birthday. Stayed for one night. Breakfast is awesome. Here they will make different kinds of omelet for you according to your wish. Service is also great. During breakfast people will serve you like you are in a restaurant. In the reception they will give you a wristband which you can wear in indoor waterpark and with that you can open the room door. Very high tech.

The snow tubing facility was suitable for families. The lobby was very well organized and perfectly decorated. Lovely escape room, bowling alley.

A much needed break from the endless summer of Florida. We tubed, snowboarded, and relaxed in the waterpark. The children had a great time. We will return.
