Extremely helpful staff, quality selections and prices are reduced more often than other providers of similar products.

I’ve only purchased Ballard products online through their website, and have always been satisfied with their delivery and quality. I find Ballard products to be a great/better alternative to other retail stores like Pottery Barn. Their trade programs are also great. Highly recommended.

I usually just look in the window of this store for design ideas but today I walked in and took a little tour. I purchased silver apple and pear salt an pepper shakers and got design ideas.

This review is to single out Kathleen, a fabric specialist, at this location. Kathleen is passionate about fabric and she is obviously an expert in her field. She has gone (and is still going!) above and beyond in all aspects of customer service, from assisting with the the order of my gorgeous fabric for my dream dining room chairs to prompt phone call updates. Kathleen is a credit to Ballard Designs. Thank you, Kathleen.

Staffs are very nice and honest. I drove another 1 hr to find a hat my daughter dropped somewhere. They saved it for us and opened door even though i got there 15min late after store closed. Thank you

Very nice love it I had the catalog for a long time my husband was tired of me looking at the magazine took me to store and brought me the light and the sales lady was excellent .thank god for husband like him😍
