Went for the first time with some friends and we had a great time. TJ was our instructor/guide and he did an amazing job. He told us different techniques on how to throw the axes and gave simple instructions on how to correct our technique if weren’t able to hit the board. The facility is clean and has ample room for everyone. It was a busy night, but it did not feel crowded. Loved that it was BYOB and food. There was a mishap with being overcharged, but it was corrected promptly and accordingly. I would highly recommend this location for a fun event with friend or even a date night!

This place was a lot of fun for a date night out with friends. Was a bit scary at first but you get used to it pretty quickly. We had a private lane which had a wood bar to stand at behind the throwing area and a couch area. It was $140/hr and it was BYOB.
There were a lot of other games available as well, such ad pool, nails to hammer in large wood blocks, darts, and corn hole. The staff was nice, they taught us how to throw and how to keep score. I would recommend for a fun night out with a group of people.

Val was wonderful for my first time axe throwing. She was knowledgeable, kind and super helpful. I have a neck injury and was really great in helping me find smaller lighter axes. Will absolutely be back!

We had a great time at Bury the Hatchet in Horsham. Alex was our host and he checked on us often. Gave us some great game ideas and helped us improve our throws so that by the end, everyone was sticking it. The environment was safe and clean. Some good country music in the background too.

We had our daughters 18th birthday party here with four of her friends and everyone had a great time. TJ from Bury the Hatchet was a great host and showed us how to safely throw the axes and hatchets. He helped fix one of the boards that pulled away from the wall during our one hour session.

TJ even offered to take pictures of our group with my phone. At the end of our session, TJ offered us to throw a full size axe against the wall. We all tried it and no one hit the wall. You have to get a running start with the axe. My daughter and her friends and my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. Only two players can throw axes at a time.

I can tell you that it is harder than you think to throw axes and hatchet and have them stick in the wall. The axes and hatchets are very sharp and ve very careful. Please be prepared to sign a liability waiver electronically.

There is also cornhole, Foosball, darts, Billiards and a giant connect 4 you can play as well. You can also bring your own food and drink here as well.

We all had a great time and will do this again and highly recommend it.
