Bharat Bazar, it was really a wonderful experience out there! I am not regular customer though, because its far from my place in Philadelphia. First thing I would like to share is the staff, people here are amazing, they are helpful, and bothered about their customers, specially the girl on counter (May be your Manager). Two or three years before the picture was different, management was pathetic, and staff was also not good, now staff is very helpful which attracts me more as a customer. Thursday is the best time to buy fresh veggies on your store, and if I don't find something in store, I just tell the lady on counter, and I get an answer that I may expect the product by next week, which is a plus point. Your store is very neat and hygienic. I get most of the items here, though last time I went to buy marsh mellow which was not there, however the lady told me she will bring that from somewhere. Price is bit high, however I can consider that and will take the positive side that I am getting Indian products in USA at least at this cost. I am very happy with the store, services quality and products. My request to Management team to Please encourage your staff to be the same like the way they are and please convey my token of appreciation to them as well so that they can also get motivated. I would love to hear from them on my next visit.

As per the commitment of the staff, I have got what I had ordered. On my recent visit I have got a discount also on bill. Great feeling!

Best to get Indian groceries. You might get fresh veggies on a selected date like Thursday or Friday. So visit accordingly if you are looking for that.

While the nation is in the midst of an unprecedented crisis, most stores closed and the consumer is left hanging, this store is doing everything it can to service it’s customer while maintaining high standards for employees safety and hygiene products . I read ‘putting customer ahead of everything’ but first time I have seen it in action.

All Indian groceries avilable, veggies may not be fresh all the days in the week and veggies prices are lil high compared to exton, meat avilable but limited, I mean till it lasts, over all good store keeping proximity in consideration

Every Indian stuff available here. Prices are also very reasonable. Everything u need available here. Good store for purchase Indian grocery in KOP.
