Prompt and courteous responses from office staff for any and all questions. Above all, Dr Rambo and her team make you feel like you’re truly cared for, and not just some “number” they’re pushing through the process. I would highly recommend this outstanding team to anyone!!

We love Rambo Orthodontics! Not only does Dr. Rambo do excellent work, but she is amazing with children! Both of my daughters love going there! When my eldest had her first appointment, she was really nervous since she has a fear of the dentist. Dr. Rambo and her staff were so kind and patient with her and it really helped her get over her dental anxiety!

My children (and I) love Dr. Rambo. She is kind and caring. Her knowledge of orthodontics is vast and we trust her completely. Others have mentioned appointment issues, these issues existed prior to Dr. Rambo starting; and depend on the day/time. The office staff is knowledgeable, really nice and friendly as well.

We have three children who we knew would need orthodontia. We had a consultation with one big practice who told us, with our eldest at 7 (!!) we were starting too late. They tried to get my 4 year old in the chair. It was not the practice for us, so I kept looking. We were recommended to Stein. We had a consultation and signed on, and then met Dr. Rambo as Dr. Stein was retiring. We felt completely at home in the practice. Our first child just got his braces off, and his smile is amazing!! I love their conservative approach and the information they give both the patients and the parents.
My middle child was in for an appointment one day and I watched as Dr. Rambo handled a non-verbal teen who was not thrilled with anyone touching his mouth. It was beautiful; I literally had tears in my eyes at how gentle and caring she was.
During Covid, I watched as she joined her staff to disinfect chairs and headrests between patients.
I wish there were more stars to give. I’m going to sob when our last child is done; I’ve gotten to know and care for the entire staff at this practice. They are amazing as well!

Dr. Rambo did a great job on my orthodontics work. I had braces when I was younger but due to my molars, everything had shifted. Dr. Rambo's work was incredibly thorough, explained the whole process start to finish and when further adjustments were needed, she took the time to explain why. I highly recommend anyone, adult or child, go to Dr. Rambo for their orthodontics work!

Dr Rambo is the sweetest! She went out of her way on her day off to the office just to help me fix my retainer. She is so attentive and caring and I really appreciate it. I know I can always count on her!

We've been going to this practice since before it was Rambo Orthodontics. My son had wonderful care and results from start to finish (even with transition of the practice and COVID). As a result of the great care I saw given to my son, when my dentist recommended that I get a nightguard, I chose to consult with Dr. Rambo and went through my own course of Invisalign which is now complete. I even have my husband going there and will be scheduling my other son for an evaluation. The staff is always kind, courteous and helpful and I will always recommend this practice!

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The staff answer the phone right away and they remind me when my appointment is if I forget.

My family and I have been going to this orthodontist office for 9 years now and ever since Dr. Stein left, it’s hard to set appointments, they asked when we are free and when we did they kept saying they are booked, when we set a time they would say an hour earlier or they can’t. USED TO SEND PEOPLE THERE AND NOW I DISCOURAGE IT!
