Michael and Dylan were extremely helpful and patient checking the inventory and stock room for items we were looking to purchase for gifts. They went out of their way to find everything. Wonderful customer service!!

I’ve always loved this store but after how amazing the employees were while doing my sisters bridal registry I had to write a review! I have to shout out to Amanda she really went above and beyond to answer every single question and knew so much about everything in the store. Once im engaged I’ll definitely be back for mine! And im a shopper at this location for life!

Had a great experience. Our Sales Associate, Mary was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to customize our ideal 4 piece sectional.

I'm actually surprised at all the bad customer service reviews, I ordered something online and was told over the phone that I could have it assembled in store for me but when I got there the woman at the cashier had no idea what I was talking about but got another associate to help me out. The man (I forgot his name) assembled the product for me it probably took him like 30+ minutes I insisted he just give up but he was not going to let me leave the store without my assembled product. Great customer service!!

Best experience in buying off a bridal registry.!!!Zola’s was a disaster finally went directly to the source!
My suggestion to brides for their guests, go through Crate and Barrel directly!
The employee took her time over the phone, found the gift, checked it off for me at stupid Zola’s.
We were 20 minutes of pure efficiency.

Amazing bridal registry 1:1! I had a bad experience in the Crate and Barrel in Paramus, NJ, so I told the Westport store about it (I live much closer to it) and they welcomed me with open arms and walked through EVERYTHING with me. Sharon & Bridget were so nice and accommodating from when I first contacted them to leaving the store! Really great customer service at the Westport branch and can't wait to go back there soon!

We visited the store with questions about a particular sofa. The staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of our questions. Based on our experience today we will be making the purchase!
