I walked in today to do my first ever Fedex return around 4:15 and could not be happier. The gentleman at the photo counter was obviously busy, so I said I didn't mind waiting, but he stopped to help me anyway and texted me my receipt in a matter of seconds. I picked up a few great sale items and was checked out by a friendly, upbeat cashier! Great way to end my day. Thank you!

I think most of the one star reviews are, as has been pointed out before, malicious nonsense. We've been using this pharmacy for years, and the pharmacists have many times really gone the extra mile to resolve any problems we were having, especially with our insurance. Yes, to speak to someone on the phone can take a while, but their automated phone service for refilling prescriptions is very quick and painless. The head pharmacist
has always been extraordinarily helpful.

We feel most fortunate to have Ms.Rose Stillo, as our family Pharmacist. She is highly professional and very helpful. In addition to her efficiency, her gracious disposition above all helps greatly in accommodating our needs. It is always a real delight for us to come in contact with Rose who represents the best of what excellent patient care is about. Without wonderful people like Rose there would be no corner of Happy & Healthy.

The pharmacists are so wonderful!! Helped me so much when I fainted after my Covid vaccine, they handled the situation so well and made sure I was well enough to leave. Great ladies & men!!

Pharmacy is great. Cashiers, not so much.

The people that work at the pharmacy are nice. The time you wait can feel like forever though. I have never been able to get thru on the phone to the pharmacy so I wait in the long line. Maybe I'm being nice giving them 3 stars?

Retail staff are helpful and friendly. Smallest store in tbe area so expe t limited product selection. Majority of pharmacy staff have poor customer service skills and limited knowledge of their profession. Pharmacy has shortest hours of branded pharmacies in the area. Good for quick shopping visits. Generous prices on sale products. Very convenient and accessible location.

they never answer the phone, I guess assuming most people will give up or come into the store and wait in line

HORRIBLE pharmacy service. As others have stated never answer phones, hangs up on people calling in. I went in the store with my phone on hold for 20 minutes watched the staff behind the pharmacy counter pickup and place calls back on hold with only 2 people waiting in line. When it came to my turn I put the phone on speaker and showed the counter staff and they had no reply because THERE IS NO EXCUSE for their terrible service. I will be calling the corporate office and I suggest others do the same to have pharmacy manager removed

I love Walgreens but this new phone system is Baird I will never call again!!

be a little careful with these people. Due to their "not telling" Mom that she could appeal a "medication denial" from insurance, she probably had to spend $20,000-$30,000 on the medication that was denied. After I pressed them on it a little, they reluctantly told me that you could appeal via your doctor (which of course we did immediately) it was approved within a couple of days. +/- $20,000 - $30,000 later. When I asked the Walgreens Pharmacy people "how come you never told Mom she could appeal it and possibly get it covered?" the Walgreens answer was basically "that's not our problem". Thanks Walgreens, you are really great people. We understand, Mom is disabled and a senior citizen, and everyone from pharmacists to various (but not all) doctors and medical-type people, even police - treat senior citizens like garbage (including both the Norwalk and Westport Police). Nice to know Walgreens is part of the pack !

SOME of the staff is nice. But OMG I have been on hold for an hour, hour and a half every time I call. This is a well known fact around Westport CT. It takes less time to drive down there & stand in line, even though it's such a pain. There is never anyone answering the phones, and I end up going there so many times because they don't answer. Its frustrating because it's usually about something so small that could have been asked in two min over the phone.

Rich is a real disappointing manager. There are lines of people waiting and he would rather field a phone call in the photo center about some recent online order.
