Kaylana is awesome. She helped me find awesome Chanel products and was very helpful on the floor. I was able to get help in hair, cosmetics and nails and she had a lot of knowledge. I definitely will be coming back to the store.

This is a pretty standard Ulta in layout, and I must say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were visiting the area, so this location was new to us, but the staff were outgoing and not pushy, and we ended up speaking to a manager who told us about a new product and to come back and let her know what we thought of it. (Hey, Manager, I loved the foundation stick you sold us!). We'll definitely be back when in the Fairfield area!

Just had a great experience at this store! I usually go to the Milford store and had been given misinformation from Milford about a sale but the manager at the Westport store was willing to honor the sale price I had been told! I really appreciated it and will be returning to shop there! 😊 Everyone from the manager, to the cashier, to the associates walking around the store was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend visiting this store even if you’ve had a bad experience at Ulta before!

Great guest service! I am the General Manager of this store and we are all about guest service. Come in to get an experience and be wow with amazing products. Knowing what you want goes right out the door the moment you step into an Ulta. Ask for help and have guidance through out your shopping experience

I have been a regular at other locations and usually receive great service. Today, however, I was in this location with my teenage daughters milling around and Kyle gave us beyond amazing service with a huge smile! He greeted us with enthusiasm and quickly made us laugh and began giving us extremely honest reviews about the products we had already chosen. To top it off, he recommended several alternatives that I would have never thought of, or tried (and were, frankly, a bit pricier, as he assured me they were worth the money), that I ended up purchasing. His willingness to happily answer even the silliest questions and to give me some small samples to try, will undoubtedly ensure my return to purchase said items and more. My girls and I will be making the extra drive from now on to shop at this location and enjoy Kyle’s winning personality and knowledgeable expertise. Thanks for making our Tuesday Kyle!!

Had a great experience shopping here for some products. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to give some pretty good advice to me and my sister in law. The place also has an incredible amount of stock and it’s equipped with any genre of product. I would recommend it for anyone looking for products ranging from skin care to makeup

This ulta has a nice collection of great staff. I think it’s a reflection of the manager who seems to love his job and be very knowledgeable of all things beauty. I specifically come here for Benifit to get my eye brows done. It’s been 3 weeks since my last visit and my brows still look perfect. I was just looking in the mirror at my brows and felt the urge to write this review. The woman who did my brows took her time, informed me of what she’s doing, as she’s doing it, every step of the way. She mapped out my brows before she took any hair off. She took off too little first then let me Decide how much arch and shape I wanted. As a result my eyebrows came out exactly as I invisioned. I definitely will be returning.

This is a fantastic store & they have all of the top beauty brands. Great prices too. Their sales people are knowledgeable & very helpful. I’m surprised there is a negative review. I would definitely recommend this place.

Opening a the end of March 2018 in Westport, CT, next to Tuck Home and Balduccis. Across from the Honda Dealership. They are hiring. The store is bright and colorful. It will be a great place to purchase cosmetics and skin care.

I love Sephora but this store was great, full of every beauty item that you can imagine and reasonable costs too

Love this store was sooo excited when I walked in and saw Brian the Manager who transferred from Milford. This store is beautiful, huge , clean , employees are helpful and friendly and there are additional lines not in other store ( Mac, And Chanel).. Best store ever !!!

This by far is the most stocked, organized and clean Ultra I've been to in my area!!! I found pretty much everything I needed and the sales associates were very helpful!!!

Taylor and Melony at this location were EVERYTHING! They made my ulta experience fun and informative. I will absolutely be coming back to this location
