My husband and Dennis custom designed my unique engagement ring and wedding band to fit perfectly. Always professional and really enjoys every aspect of the jewelry business. He has helped me replace stones, design a custom charm bracelet and much more. All good things! Not a single bad experience. Also Nicole was there every step of the way with all our jewelry endeavors. She is top notch.

Brought in a watch battery that other jewlers were unable to replace. Was told that the person they sent out to do watch work had retired, but they would take a look and do their best, but no promises, and it would probably take a few days.

By the very next day, I received a text that my watches were ready (I brought two others to have their bands adjusted), and they managed to get the original watch battery replaced with no issue. Thanks to the entire staff at QG for their hard work and courteous attitudes!

I took a bracelet that was a gift there because the clasp was loose. This bracelet is made of steel but has sentimental value. I was worried they wouldn’t even want to look at it. They took it in back tightened the clasp and had me out of there in 10 min. I have also had a few watches worked on there. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry.

Lisa was phenomenal! She was kind and knowledgeable. She made my experience a breeze. We now have a new jeweler! Her smile and positivity was so nice! I highly recommend Quality Gem for your lifetime jeweler!

Dennis, Rob and team ALWAYS create beautiful jewelry pieces for us! I wanted a specific size snd style diamond hoop set and they built the most beautiful pair of earrings for us. Their attention to detail and follow up is wonderful!

Have used Quality Gem twice in the last few months for two custom pieces. One was my fiancé’s engagement ring and the other was the ring insert. I could not be happier with the results. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Rob to find and create the most beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend. It started while I was deployed overseas and worked with me to figure out specs I wanted that fit her personality. From start to finish, this process has been so easy and the whole Quality Gem team was amazing. Damianne was the best and helped my husband pick out a precious gemstone for my Christmas gift and then helped us create exactly what I wanted in a ring. I have been searching for a natural alexandrite ring for so long and never found one quite my style. They brought in three loose stones for my husband to choose from and the one he chose is just gorgeous. They even went the extra mile to have the ring appraised with the paperwork ready for us when we picked up the ring. Damianne was so kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for making a gal feel special. We started using Quality Gem in 1998 when my husband proposed to me. He bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands there. They were still in the little plaza across from the building they are in now. Over the years we have bought many beautiful pieces from them, reset stones and upgraded. The quality in their name means just that. Every piece is beautiful!

The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and become friends over the years. We now live in Florida and have had pieces sent to us.
