I have been going here for 13 years and still don’t know if Fat Tommy is a real person. Always a great experience when at The Cookhouse. Everything is made from scratch right in the kitchen. Whether a date night, birthday celebration, or big group of people The Cookhouse is always a hit. Still a great value after all these years. The menu changes every so often, you will never run out of great options. Wednesdays are all you can eat night. Go hungry and you will not be disappointed. Great staff, full bar, and catering available.

Came here with a large party of 12. Server was great, the food was excellent. They have some of the best briskets I've ever had. Delicious and can't wait to come back.

I’ve been coming to the Cookhouse for over 10 years and it has never disappointed. They make some of the best BBQ in Connecticut and if you drive by it you’ve made a mistake. The barn-like atmosphere is super comfortable and perfect for what is being served up. We had the special Poutine appetizer and it was amazing. Hoping it gets added to the regular menu.

First time here and ordered nachos and sandwiches. The nachos were so huge, we barely touched our sandwiches. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. We live an hour away and will go back again.

Note to self: go eat at The Cookhouse more often!

I haven’t had a cheeseburger that good in a LONG time, and my wife loved her pulled chicken BBQ sandwich. The desserts (a lava cake and Oreo Pie between the two of us) were fantastic.

Pricing is more than fair for the quality you’re getting, and you can’t beat the atmosphere inside.

The cook house was amazing the food is delicious tender tender pork their prime rib the best I've had I just wish they had homemade corn bread They're hush puppies scrumptious Is a place you have to visit the atmosphere just warm country living living You must visit.

A variety of bbq options. I had a brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The staff and ambience of the place was excellent. A must visit for bbq.

The Cookhouse is always a great place to eat in New Milford. The food is delicious, the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I don't know much about their menu, because I always get the pulled pork sandwich. And if you like spicy BBQ sauce, then ask your waiter for a bottle of scary sauce!

This place has been an Andrews family favorite for years. Always love the prime rib, my gf loved their classic burger. One of the few places in Connecticut where you can get some good bbq/comfort food. 5/5 Highly recommended

We've been here multiple times, this was my first time having a burger as I usually get bbq. The burger did not disappoint at all! It was delicious. My partner had brisket and it was also delicious. Super tender with really good flavor!

If you want great food, relaxed atmosphere, great friendly service,this is the place ! Their menu is excellent and you get more than enough food for the buck. The drink selection is outstanding and the staff who works there is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything. My twin sister and I celebrated our Birthday there and they even made a special dessert for all 4 of us that was awesome. Oh, they also are great singers...lol

Amazing food, nice atmosphere!!

Nice atmosphere, went for lunch. I had chicken fajitas (I’m not a huge pulled pork person.)They do have a nice menu selection for all types of eaters. The wings were great and so was the service from the friendly attentive staff. Would recommend

It was great food. Poutine is my new comfort food. We tried ribs and pulled pork over the summer and now I tried a meatloaf sandwich. Delicious. The interior is a huge barn style bar/restaurant. Last time, inside dining wasn't yet allowed, so it's the first time seeing the interior. Also, don't let the word barn fool you, it has a comfortable yet upgraded feel. I enjoyed it. Oh, yeah, you should try the mac and cheese - awesome.

Very nice place to bring your family or friends. Atmosphere is very cozy barn like restaurant & staff was very accommodating. It was our first time there, we didn't know what to order because everything looked so good, but Nicole our very good waitress was able to suggest, and make it easier for us to make a good choice for dinner. The food was Excellent! Real smoked BBQ and homemade sauce. Best ribs I've ever had! I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this place, You will regret it if you don't stop by.

I travel for work and always love to try the local BBQ. This is some of the best BBQ I've had in a while. Definitely try the ribs, great smoke flavor! You can definitely tell they dont just use an electric smoker.

Prices may be a little high, but the portion was huge and definitely worth the cost!

Food was amazing. The service was great. We ordered and our food came out so fast even tho they were pretty busy. The layout is awesome and it looks so much bigger inside than from the outside. I will definitely come back here cause the prices weren't to bad for how good the food was

What a great experience! Our server, Sean F., was super cool, Semper Fi Sean! The food was delicious, the beer was delicious and inside the restaurant reminded my wife and I of our favorite show, Yellowstone. If you want great barbecue check it out!
