Great food. We had Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos. I don't remember eating such delicious food in a while. Portion sizes are large. Complete value for money. Everyone managing the restaurant was cheerful and welcoming. I would visit again.

Perfect finale to a great hike in the region.

Fast and friendly service with mouth watering pancakes and delicious coffee. Also had the chorizo burrito that came with salsa and refried beans on the side. Added a spoonful of each with ever bite. I would be a regular if I lived here!

Great service and food. The menu has choices for all tastes including gluten free and vegan options! There is also outdoor seating.

I had the sunny side eggs with bacon, home fries and sourdough toast. Everything was great. Good coffee too.

Visiting this lovely town of Kent from NYC for a relaxing reprieve. Stopped here to have lunch. The service was outstanding, and the waiter was super nice and responsive. You must try the fish tacos as their secret sauce was amazing. I love “real” lemonade, and their home made is authentically delicious, and while not cheap it was a huge size so totally worth it! A must try!

Great place for breakfast! Generous and delicious meals! We had 1-2-3 breakfast and the breakfast quesadilla-highly recommended!

The food here is delicious! The staff is very courteous, quick and always offering a refill on coffee. Stop for breakfast or lunch while in Kent.

Great service and good selection of breakfast meals. Went back a second time and it was even better. The service staff is great and when my meal arrived it was exactly as ordered.

Stopped at this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday, after a hike up the nearby Kent Falls. Needless to say we were very hungry. This is a small, quaint place and it was rush hour. So it took a while to order and get the food. The place has some interesting art pieces which kept the kids occupied playing I-spy etc. We ordered chicken tenders and fries, chicken quesedilla and Pollo chicken Chipotle. The food was delicious, we savored every bite. The quantity is more than sufficient. There was some left over so we brought it home and ate it later with the same gusto. Staff was friendly and patient despite the crowd. Highly recommend.

I've been stopping here for thirty years on rides up through this section of Connecticut. Somewhere in the last 10 years ownership seems to have changed. And for the better. Food and service are excellent. My personal favorite are the fish tacos. I would strongly recommend The Villager for lunch if you're passing through Kent.
