New Milford Covid Testing Center

I was pleasantly surprised of the professionalism of everyone and the outstanding service. I arrived checked in on my phone. Immediately received a text to go into the office. I was ushered to one of the rooms were they took my temperature and proceeded to obtain the sample to test. I was told when I would receive test results and I was ushered out of the office in less than 5 minutes. Only one person entered the office at a time so you feel safe and relaxed. Definitely would recommend this facility.

Simple, easy to register and easy to make an appointment. Immediate service when I arrived. The doctor, nurses and receptionist were polite informative and quick. My results were positive and the doctor immediately brought me into a private room and counseled me regarding exactly what I should do next and what I could expect. He was thorough, friendly and to the point. Excellent all around experience except for the positive result

This place is fantastic. I’ve gone here twice and they are always ahead of the game! Not only that but the people working there are doing such a dangerous job and they are always so pleasant and concerned about your well-being. I would highly recommend them and I think that all medical providers should use them as an example for providing top quality patient care.

For nearly two years now, the NM Covid Testing Center has operated flawlessly using a customer-friendly and efficient app. The staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful; I don't know how they retain such a good attitude in the face of this unending pandemic, but I appreciate it. This is the only place I go for a reliable, rapid test. It's (almost) a pleasant experience.

Holy cow this place is amazing! So efficiently run and so nice. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointments and were taken immediately. Test results were available before the original appointment time even came.

The check in was on time and easy. My sons appointment was 30 mins later than mine but they took both of us at the same time. 20 mins later you get your results! Awesome!

Making the appointment was a snap using the Solv app. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in using the app. I waited in my car until I received a notification via text that said “ you may come in”. Wear your mask and wait outside until you receive this text.

The folks were friendly and incredibly efficient. I’m waiting outside until my results are ready. Thank you soooo much for your service!

I loved how quick and easy it was! Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the swab itself took one minute. I got fast results all while waiting in the comfort of my car!

Walked in without an appointment. Was taken literally that minute. Very professional and quick. Doctor administering covid test was very nice to me and my young daughter. Highly recommended!

This is by far the most professional and efficient COVID site I have been to. Would highly recommend. Everyone is so kind and follows great protocol. It is also extremely easy to book there with a lot of available times each day.

I had a very smooth and easy experience here, and they were able to test me as a walk-in which was extremely helpful. Grateful they were there when many other places were turning people away.

My appointment was at 10:23 and they tested me at 10:30. Very well organized. Have to wait 20 minutes outside for my results ( only drawback). Stop
