My favorite yoga studio! Terrific teachers, clean studio and locker rooms, and a great variety of classes from hot & challenging to warm & restorative. Highly recommend!

Love Yoga Synergy!!!! Classes are always different and dynamic and the community is very warm and welcoming.

Love this location, so convenient off Post Road and 95 plus the times of the classes range so you can get your practice on early at 6am, over lunch or end of day! Big fan of Annie Leeks who also does an intermediate class (Note: All of her classes will challenge you with so much variety from class to class BUT all instructors offer modification and do a great job with adjustments). Owner Lisa and her staff are super friendly and accommodating. You will often see Lisa either instructing or in class too! Clean, well looked after bathrooms and entire facility. Lastly, plenty of men and women in the class so all are welcome. Highly recommended.

Physical Synergy is a great place to go both for Yoga and for fixing injuries/limitations in the body. Dr. Mike has helped me come back from countless muscle strains and tears over the past 8 years. Their yoga instructors are professional, knowledgable, and exceptional in knowing how the body properly functions. Highly recommended to anyone nearby.

Absolutely love Yoga Synergy! Having lived and practiced in California for many years I was super disappointed in many of the studios I visited when I moved back east, so much so that I took a few years off from yoga. As soon as I discovered yoga synergy I rediscovered my love of yoga again. Great variety of classes and awesome instructors. Highly recommend checking it out!

LOVE Synergy!!! I had been to Synergy a few times but made the switch to make it my full-time yoga home back in April. I absolutely love the studio (both actually!). The teachers are amazing. I travel a lot for work and always find a yoga studio to practice at and I have never found a studio with the caliber of teachers like the ones at Synergy (that is also including some pretty big "yoga" cities in the country). The staff is friendly and helpful and the studios are super clean and tranquil.

I also had a shoulder injury a few years ago and went to Physical Synergy for some work done on it. It was fabulous - I was back at it in no time and the care and facility at Physical Synergy was exceptional. I am happy to have this place my home and hope that others will read this and come try it out!

Wonderful studio. Gorgeous, playful sequencing that is intelligent and safe and always includes options to modify. Sequencing focuses on a specific muscle group (e.g. hips) and will culminate in a peak pose or poses. Many opportunities to try new things in class and to challenge yourself if you want to! I taught in NYC for a few years and every teacher at Synergy is on par with the most senior teachers and mentors I studied with. The studio also has a very friendly and calming atmosphere and is clean and relaxing. It feels wonderful to leave my phone outside and breathe for an hour at this beautiful place. Thank you!

A friend joined me for her first time at hot yoga and she loved it. The teacher was very positive. She also stressed throughout the session that this was our position and we take what we need. My friend and I are not advanced students so it was nice to see modifications as needed.

Edited from previous review. Great studio. Friendly, talented staff. Awesome studio if you're looking for an advanced, creatively sequenced vinyasa practice. I travel a lot around the country my job and pop into many yoga studios (I'm also 200hr certified, instructing yoga while overseas in my free time), and this studio definitely has the best advanced practitioner power/hot vinyasa classes on the east coast while out competing my favorite studios on the west coast.

Beth is an amazing teacher and I feel I get a full body/mind workout every time I take her class. Many of the instructors are equally as fabulous! And the Yoga Synergy community is welcoming, kind and fun. 🙏🏼❤🧘‍♀

I love Yoga Synergy! The staff is friendly and very accommodating with my busy schedule (i.e. extending my membership..thanks guys!), the instructors are diverse with their unique styles and are all experienced. The studio is always clean and inviting. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to try a new yoga studio.

Great stretching class with Jeff. Exactly what I needed! Between these classes, and the care at Physical Synergy with Dr Mike and his team, make the 2 sister companies the BEST all around treatment for my aging body. Highest recommendations.

I attended a Sound Bath healing by Gary Posner and it was wonderful. The space is perfect for a Sound Bath. Yoga Synergy is very welcoming and everyone there is so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be back!

With my second time at a hot yoga class, it was definitely my best and I felt completely revitalized afterwards. I'm very excited that I have the 30 day pass!

It was a very sweaty and challenging practice. The vibe of the class was relaxing and I felt free to practice my inversions the entire class. I’m still sore and will be back again.
