I always have a wonderful experience shopping here. They have a nice selection of clothing, jewelry and belts. Great place to buy a gift. They always put the jewelry in a pretty sack and the gift boxes are very sturdy and elegant.

Great store for boutique fashions. The help is courteous and kind! ☺

Very good customer service! Manager has been there a long time and the other ladies are very helpful with in store purchases or finding it from another store for you.
Was disappointed in the lack of Christmas decorations and music though. The selections available were kind of dreary and gray. Chicos is known for good quality and "collections" of color coordinated, embellished, interesting sportswear and accessories. I was told it was already picked over for the season and sales had been going on. New things are supposed to arrive later for Spring.

Don't care for the sales associate Cassidy(rather snotty) other staff here are fine. I sometimes go to Canton one. Not fond of sales associate Linda and asst. manager Felicia ( rude and have attitudes)

The staff is so phony ! They work on commission and say "I love that on you ! " about everything you try on . No matter if it looks good on you or not . It's all about the sale. Everything is greatly overpriced !! They are sometimes obliging and will find "hidden" coupons for you that they have on hand every day any way. It's all about how much you are spending and if you ask for the coupons or not. Don't even think about returning something ! Their fake smiles turn sour and they give you all kinds of reasons why you can't return an item. It's after 60 days ( which the jeans I bought were not, the tags are off " why did you take the tags off ?" , this is not " original condition" , they make up new rules of return to suit their moods ! I used to enjoy shopping in this chain but lately it has become more trouble than its worth. Almost all the clothes are glitzy and gaudy, with extensive use of fake fur, that's not really fake ! I would rather save the poor animals that gave their lives for these ugly clothes than keep shopping here and save these phony sales people's jobs ! I'll find another local shop that buys American made clothing and has friendlier staff . Chicos Fairfield, if i could have given you a 0, I would have. Shame on you ! You lost a lifelong customer today . Poor customer service skills abound here !
