Both sales ladies Christina and Ali were so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable to the product line and details of shipping. It is my second experience buying at Serena and Lily in Westport, Ct and I could not be more pleased.

I always love visiting S&L for inspiration. The team is welcoming and helped me understand the best solution for redecorating my living room and dining nook. There was a delay for my coffee table but in times like this I expected it and they were very communicative about when it would be realistically delivered.

The girls at Westport Serena and Lily were Professional and courteous. I ordered a beautiful 11 x 14 rug and they kept me abreast of exactly when it was going to arrive. Beautiful products lovely service

This store is an old three story house that has been lifted and transported to this current location. Every room designed and decorated as if it's a home. So much inspiration. Every time I go here it has been updated so there's always something new to check out. Sales associates could not be nicer and courteous to those of us in for "just looking".

This store has amazing employees striving to you the best potential to your house, and along with many increadible facts bringing you satisfaction, you barely to the work. They also have awesome fake ice cubes, how cool is that!

One of the best resources in town! Excellent service with an inspiring store filled with wonderful ideas to create a casual luxury lifestyle! You will want it all! MAR approved.

I ordered and installed the "Goodman Pendant" 6 months ago in the Brass finish. Since then they continue to advertise them on the website but they are "discontinued" and only now come in white. Warning!!! DO NOT order anything with a brass finish anywhere on the fixture, it WILL tarnish, just from oxidation and natural occurrence with the air which they don't warn you against. I have tried to "clean" it and anything I use makes it worse and they look horrible in my new kitchen. Serena and Lily will not exchange the light fixtures for different ones or another color because they are "discontinued" in brass. Well guess what, they are discontinued because so many people I'm sure had the same problem. Horrible customer service. Just spent $3k on lights that I had for 6 months now. All they offered was a 15% discount on future purchase of lights again. Not a chance. They just lost a good customer.

I purchased the Balboa counter stools after consulting with their design specialists about a year ago. I hated the stools. They were very difficult to take care of (despite being told otherwise) and the rattan was very delicate. I decided to switch to the Riveira counter stools for a more sturdy option. The design specialists wouldn’t offer any courtesy discount despite 15% off regularly offered at their website. I ended up receiving a birthday 15% off on my own and went ahead and purchased anyways. When the ship to date was going to land when we were away, the specialist said she couldn’t help me. I could cancel the order but I would potentially not be able to reorder with the birthday gift as it had a short window. I calmly explained how dissatisfied I was with this whole process and the agent hung up on me!!! Never again will I shop here.

We were excited about going to Serena and Lily in Westport to check out some bar stools and purchasing a few things, however it is only by appointment only and it’s a bummer. Despite all the bad reviews about the Westport location, thought we give it a shot. The bad reviews were right. It’s like they don’t want people to go shop there.

I love the Serena and Lily company, however the manager in the Westport store is the most obnoxious, dismissive and condescending person I have come across in a retail store in a very long time. I feel sorry for the consultants that work there… she must be a beast to work for.
