I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's 30th birthday this weekend. The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious! Rave reviews all around. Thank you, Pralines!

My son loves visiting here. The cotton candy flavored ice cream is his favorite! He loves getting gumballs out of the giant gumball machine and we have won many free ice cream cones playing with it. They are open year round and open till 9 at night. I have always gotten great service whenever we visit.

My husband and I went there right as they were closing. The owner and her sweet daughter kindly assured us that we could get some ice cream. It was nice to be greeted so warmly especially at the end of a shift and as they were closing. The ice cream was delicious. They have so many flavors, it's hard to choose. We will be back.

More staff is a must! But the wait was so worth it. The ice cream was amazing hot fudge was on point BUT the homemade whipped cream seemed a bit curdled. I make homemade whip and it is usually smooth. All in all I look forward to coming back very soon!

We went tonight for my daughter's birthday. The ice cream was delicious as usual! The BEST Peanut Butter Sundae around!! The woman who took care of us was so helpful and friendly!! She made our trip much more enjoyable!

So many different flavors it is difficult to make a decision.

Exciting news! This location is under new management and is already a much better experience. They now offer curbside service, walk up as well as indoor ordering. New computer and register systems and many new touches add to the overall experience. Friendly staff and great new manager.

Just went there today and I’m very satisfied with how kind the staff is and how cute and welcoming the store design is. Great ice cream and milkshakes coming back for sure :)

Have always loved the ice cream quality but the new owners at this location has brought the service to a whole new level. I always opted for the Southington location as my first choice even if Plainville was closer but that is no longer the case. Looking forward to many years under the current ownership! Thank you!!

Used to visit this for their nice signature flavours especially the Beez Neez.

It's homemade ice cream with lots of different flavor choices. It's also delicious! I tried the banana and lemon pie flavors in a small cup and was extremely happy with my decision.

They could use a shady place outside to sit and eat said ice cream, but there are some tables in the sun or inside if that's what you want.

Very few places serve ice cream flavors that you remember for a long time. This is a small place with a lot of options and very generous portion sizes. Staff was friendly and place was nice and clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for home-made ice cream flavors.

Long wait on a beautiful evening but well wort the wait!! Never been disappointed with the ice cream or sundae that we get. The dogs love going there for their treats also.

I love everything they sell. Ice cream is very good and service is always fast to accurate. Prices are reasonable. I do wish they had more outdoor seating.
