CVS

One of the hardest things these days is pharmacies being closed especially because of short staffing and the pandemic. I called CVS their systems were down Walgreens was closed which is who normally fills my infant son‘s prescriptions, but the pharmacist here Denise did an amazing job at helping my son! Got his prescription in 20 minutes even with all the backed up orders they have due to everyone wanting to transfer.

Rude pharmacy staff there un hopeful there always in rush speaking to you this rude pharmacy staff I spoke too yesterday for a Prescription her Attitude was horrible.
she was literally about to Argue with me lady that what you Choose to do plus on hold for 20min really Cvs.i Have being a Cvs costumer for years I never got treated like this. i love the people that check me out in the front At the register they always go above a Beyond and the always with a Smile Justin Megan Marie Jackie and Joe thank you.

I was greeted with a smile and hello I was helped to find what I needed and checkout was speedy friendly and efficient I was asked if I needed help out. Terrific Marci

Cvs pharmacy in Plainville, CT has the best hard working staff, prescriptions are always ready on time. Never have issues with this cvs.

I myself and my wife got vaccination 1st booster dose .Felt more comfortable.We are doing well.

Cashiers Jackie, Megan & Justin are Great always helpful, Greeting customers and always go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy

I always shop here and love it but when the sign outside says that the pharmacy opens at 9 on Sundays but it’s closed and the girl inside said they open at 10 it’s disappointing. Change your sign!

Small cvs sometimes doesn't carry/ is out of stock with what I need. Depending who's working they really push their "too many coupon" policy. Typically busy in the afternoons after work hours

There are always a lot of people working in the pharmacy few are friendly and seem to care little about people waiting. It is a typical cvs chain pharmacy. Not nearly as bad as the 24 hour one in Southington that clearly hates it's customers. I'd go to this one first.

Showed up for my script in tons of pain post surgery. Apparently there was some kind of authorization issue for the script the Dr sent (gotta love our medical system). Was told the pharmacy was going on lunch so they will get to it after. Glad lunchtime keeps patients from receiving the care they need. Imagine if every business just stopped for lunch?

I planned to stop in at CVS Pharmacy to look for a thermometer. I went after work on my way home and arrived just before 7. The parking lot was empty, the store dark and the doors locked. I'm glad I wasn't expecting to pick up a prescription because I would have been out of luck. Doesn't seem like much of a way to run a business.
