Toyota Service - Dan Deery Toyota Service Center

Took my vehicle in for service and repair of a few items. The service team communicated with the sales team to get some items covered by warranty. Parts arrived quickly, and I was in and out in a short time. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. The bag of candy they left in my car was a super sweet surprise as well!

I bought my Toyota from this dealership in 2020 and have been doing service with them since I bought my car. I’ve encountered a couple of issues that seem to be system related, which just happens and is the nature of technology being imperfect and needing updates. The reason I’m leaving this comment is because of how the service department responds to these issues. They are attentive with any concerns, understanding, apologetic and best off all they always make it right. In addition to this they never recommend I do something that doesn’t need to be done, they make honest recommendations and are patient about explaining things and answering questions.

Today in particular, I was impressed with how far above and beyond Sylvester went to address a billing issue I had related to my extended care package I bought with me car. He was also the technician that helped me during my service today. Even though they were busy and I’m sure he was inconvenienced with this issue he never once made me feel like an inconvenience. He was so kind and helpful during my service today. By far one of the best representatives I’ve dealt with out of all my visits to the service department.

Honest , reliable service. We go there regularly for oil changes and have had them fix a few issues with our vehicles. Never once have they tried to upsell us on anything we do not need. We also had a situation with a battery and were told they could not get us in for over a week due to how busy they were. The mechanic made time and got the battery replaced THE SAME DAY so now we are not without a vehicle for a week. Due to the honest nature of their service department, I will likely buy all future vehicles from the Deery's.

Have been taking my Sienna here for regular maintenance going on 5 years now. 340,000 miles and still running strong. Would drive it anywhere. I will always trust my vehicles to Dan Deery's service center.

Went in for and oil change. Told them my van was making a weird noise. Find out my water pump is going out and they were able to do the repair same day! Super friendly staff!!
