I had a great experience with Paul Gregory's! We loved our meals.
There were so many great options on the menu, we had a hard time deciding.
I went with the California omelette and my friend had the breakfast flat boy which is a cauliflower crust GF breakfast pizza.
Both options were so delicious!
The portions were pretty big and we both ended up taking 1/2 home with us.
The staff was very friendly and helpful- my husband and I will definitely be returning soon!!
My only negative would be, where I was sitting in the back, when the door opened in the back the draft came through and just went right through you.

The food was delicious. We got the lemon ricotta pancakes and the corn beef hash. The coffees were great and had a thoughtful touch. Our server was attentive and friendly. They had live music which was a pleasant surprise. We can’t wait to return!

Paul Gregory's is a cute bistro located in a great part of Southington. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, it's BYOB which is always a good time and the staff is amazing. Gigi, our waitresses has the best attitude and is the sweetest! Ashley, the owner, hands down the best person in the industry! The plates are beautifully plated and have lots of flavor and love put into each and every dish. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the food! This is definitely a place to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning for breakfast! Soon we will be trying their lunch and can't wait to be blown away!

First time for breakfast. Many times for lunches. Always great food, service and atmosphere. Had the corned beef omelet and my wife had the breakfast sandwich. Both excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the time. Waitress was very pleasant and competent. Will always recommend this establishment to our friends and relatives. A-one !!

What an amazing first experience. This place is beautiful, cozy and clean. Our server Matt was fantastic! He was very attentive, friendly and he smiled throughout the entire time we were there. Now let's talk about the food......DELICIOUS....generous portions and great prices....yum!

Food and coffee were delicious. The portions for the omelettes and egg dishes were huge, two meals worth. The pumpkin French toast rolls were really good. Service was a little slow to start but our server was friendly, professional and took care of us once they got caught up.

Veggie burger (portabella mushroom cap) spinach, roasted red peppers.. so good! Grilled gluten free bread. Sweet potato fries

Great breakfast spot! The corn beef hash is delicious and full of actual corn beef. Not the canned stuff! The breakfast burrito special was delicious. It took me an entire day to
Eat it. 😂 I highly recommend trying this gem.

I went to Paul Gregory’s quite recently with my family and we were pleasantly surprised. We often frequent other breakfast spots in the area but our first time here did not disappoint. The pancakes were incredible and our server, Matt, was extremely friendly. He had a grand smile on his face and a pep in his step! Will be back for more!!!!!!!!! Lovely, lovely, lovely - Aidan

We recently hosted an event at the new location. Everything was beautiful! The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the team made everything a breeze! I would highly recommend hosting an event here and Theresa and her team will take great care of you!

I found this place off of the bike trail and I'm so happy I did! I met one of the owners Theresa. She's awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed my "Greenway" sandwich, pasta salad, ice tea, and milk chocolate turtle for dessert! I also made sure to take home a freshly made mini cheesecake complete w fresh blueberries! I'll definitely be back! Thanks Theresa!! I highly recommend you pop in for lunch or one of their special once a week dinners!

We stopped in for breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious. When you are there, try the homemade muffins.

Had the opportunity to go here for breakfast this morning. We were greeted by Matt who would become our server with a smile and "good morning". We sat outside, Matt was very attentive to ensure we were happy and had full cups of coffee. The breakfast sandwich on their house made English muffin was wonderful as was the fig, arugula, prosciutto egg flatboy. Good service and excellent meal... highly recommend

I had a very good omelette. Corned beef hash with a little Hollandaise on top. Excellent meal, good service too.

Breakfast (3 egg omelet with cheddar, spinach and sausage, home fries on the side) was delicious and a generous portion. Good price and excellent service. Bought some tuna Mac salad and a chocolate chip scone from their refrigerated case on the way out.

We had my nieces baby shower at Paul Gregory's. The BEST decision I have made on a venue ever. We came prepared to decorate, as we were told we could, when we walked in the entire place was decorated in a beautiful fall theme (this was their everyday decore for fall). Hence we added a balloon arch with a it's a girl and left the rest. The place was gorgeous! The food was perfect and portions were generous. The service was outstanding and the place was impeccably clean. There is ample parking and the price was very reasonable. Not one complaint.

What a great find, will definitely be back, great food, affordable prices and our server Matt was awesome!
