CVS

Outstanding help from this Pharmacy. My current pharmacy, Walgreens, ran out of one of my medications and wasn't going to be able to get it until February. Needless to say, I can't do without this medication. I called CVS across the street and talked to the pharmacist. Not only did she have the medication in stock, she called Walgreens and had the prescription transferred to CVS. I was able to pick up the medication later that day. Thank you, you saved me!

I am committed to my primary CVS location. There are team members who refer to me by name and seem genuinely happy to see me. I can always find what I need and there is often an available deal. I have also been happy with CVS brand items. I am a loyal customer.

When I self checked, none of the coupons I had applied to my CVS card for tomorrow were showing for me to use them. The only thing I can think of maybe they were expired plus I got the Covid shot. I thought we were supposed to get a couple of coupons, I received my online receipt showing some coupons, but they weren’t the kind where you can add them to the card unless they are already on there.

There may be busy but they are always so helpful. I am grateful to everyone who works there. It’s not an easy job!

Yesterday I had been having a very rough time getting in touch with my eye doctor. After 2 days I finally got a call back from eye doctor office. They were going to call in a prescription to my pharmacy on a Friday night. I waited a few hours and drove to pharmacy. I met Marie at the front counter only to have her say we don’t have any prescriptions for you and no calls by any doctors. We then went to another computer as CVS was packed with customers. She located my prescription as being sent to a store in Florida. She was able to cancel that one and refill it here for me to take home in 5 minutes. She went so far out of her way to help it was unbelievable. Thank You Marie for all the Extra. Help. She should be in the CVS Training Division. This is how it’s done. Many thanks to her. Within one night of getting my meds my eye is back to normal. Without pain and blurred vision.

I get all my prescriptions at CVS. They are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they are understaffed at times, but I can't blame CVS for that!

Ashlyn the overnight Manager was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I wish the daytime staff was as friendly as her, they are kind of rude. Overall a great experience

This CVS is great. Love the location and store hours! During COVID its been hectic, so I appreciate the job all the workers do. They go above and beyond with what they're expected to do! Thank you guys!

I have been coming to this C V S for over 30 years! I've waited a few times, but they have always been friendly and courteous to me! I love this CVS!
