Bancroft's Flowers & Greenhouses

I just wanted to online order one of the standard bouquets to be delivered same day in town in CF since I’m not close by — these turned out perfect! I ordered just after 8:00 am on a Monday (not a holiday weekend/week) and they were delivered shortly after 11:00. They called the recipient before delivery to ensure someone would be there, which I appreciate. EXCELLENT service, thank you! I see why my family has used them for years.

Edit: Apparently the prices are cheaper if you call them directly; they use a third party ordering service for their online orders. I’ve not tried this yet, but supposedly there’s a significant reduction in price (and I’m guessing more profit goes to the local business.)

We used Bancroft's for our wedding and couldn't recommend them more! I wanted a colorful, wildflower look and provided our invitation as inspiration and they executed it wonderfully! They provided extra stems for our photographer to use for our detail shots, which was great. We also wanted floral pocket squares instead of boutonnieres for the guys and they turned out perfect! They were easy to work with and reasonably priced! Thank you for helping bring my wedding vision to life!

We went to Bancroft's Flowers for our wedding after my sister-in-law used them for her wedding. I told them the elements I wanted to use and what forms the flowers needed to take (arch, vases, bouquets, and corsages.) The team at Bancroft's took what I wanted and made the flowers more beautiful than I could have imagined!
The day of our wedding they arrived early to set up the flowers; I had no stress or worries with them taking care of us on our day! We would recommend them for any occasion where you need flowers!

We had Bancroft's Flowers create the bouquets and boutonnieres for our ceremony back in June. They were gorgeous!!! Bancroft's was easy to work with and willing to make adjustments if I didn't like something. I didn't need them to because they listened to what I wanted and made it happen!

Don’t know anything about flower boques. Called and asked if they could get one worthy of a proposal by the 3 the next day. Had a beautiful spread ready and surprisingly cheap! Couldn’t recommend more!

Bancroft's has been my go to for many years, never disappointing me for birthdays or funerals.
So when we began to plan my daughter's wedding, Bancroft's was at the top of my list for flowers. Tiffany and I met with Melanie, and she is AMAZING!! We had a few pictures and a vision and she made it happen. :) Every mom's hope is that her daughter's wedding day is perfect. You helped to make this happen for Tiffany. There are not words that can describe how BEAUTIFUL the flowers were. From the centerpieces to Tiffany's bouquet-perfect!! Everyone loved them and complimented on the use of such unique flowers and greenery.
Great quality- The flowers last- I had several bouquets at home after the wedding, just throwing them after 2 weeks.

I just want to say thank you to all of you at Bancroft for continuing to send the best to my loved ones! You have sent flowers to people I grew up with that have passed and always they were exceptional! Most importantly is that I just ordered my mother (who is in failing health) flowers for her 82nd birthday. I wanted a center piece for her living room table with her favorite colors, but I did not want it to big as it was a center piece and she is small and frail. She got them yesterday and could not stop talking how pretty they were and they were the perfect height! I told him I'd had bad experiences with ordering flowers online recently and I really wanted a pretty arrangement. They knocked it out of the park! I had been trying to order online and was frustrated with the high prices. I called Bancroft and told them what I could spend, what I was trying to do and the high prices online website's. The ladies I worked with were awesome!! They told me they would make something up with the colors I asked for and charged me even a tad under my budget. I was a little worried about what the arrangement might look like but was out of options. I am THRILLED!! They got the order delivered by the time I asked and it's so cute! Love it! Bancroft's did my wedding bouquets in May and they were amazing. I recieved so many compliments. I really don't know much about flowers so I just showed up to my appointment with a few pictures from Pinterest. They sat down with me and talked me through the different types of flowers. It ended up being exactly what I wanted and cost a lot less than I was expecting. I also ordered some individual stems to use for my center pieces, which turned out beautiful as well. I would recommend Brancroft's to anyone that is planning a wedding in the area.

The arrangement I received for my birthday was just stunning and it was an FTD.. I would recommend this florist to everyone. The fresh flower arrangement lasted well over a week or more. I have lived in the Waterloo/Cedarfalls area all my life and I had never heard of them before. I will be using them in the future.
