My preferred pharmacy for years and years. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, always incredibly patient. I needed antibiotics for my toddler during the shortage and they bent over backwards to find what we needed, had it delivered to them, called me the second they had it, and waited to close until I could get there. Totally above and beyond.

It was my first time printing pictures off my phone. Taylor was there to help me. She is very knowledgeable! I enjoyed my experience of printing my photos with her help! I want her to know that she was of great help to me and I thank her for that. It is nice to receive a positive feedback from corporate or her direct supervisor. We get the bad feedback and we need to hear the positive feedback! Next time I go back I shall ask if she got my review!

I used to go to the Walmart pharmacy in town but I like going to this pharmacy a lot more. Refilling a prescription is a lot easier. They give you lots of options of how contact them to fill it and it's normally ready before the time that is automatically picked (I do it through email and don't talk to a person in store) which I like and they let you know when it's ready. I understand that they get busy at times because they have in store access and drive thru, but they are always friendly and I don't mind the wait. I have just as good of experiences with the rest of the store but no specific examples. I love this Walgreens.

Nicer than the neighboring CVS but still as pricey. Went to get a can of pop and looking at the prices of soda's I definitely know I can get the stuff for 25% less at the next door gas station or neighboring Fareway.

I went there yesterday (July 13, 2020) after being out of town for eight months. All the staff were wearing masks, but almost NO customers except me.

I had just returned from Charleston, SC, where masks are mandatory for all people in all indoor locations, so this was jarring.

The Covid virus is rampant, so not requiring masks is simply irresponsible. The store manager needs to take some personal responsibility for asking customers to wear masks—it protects other customers as well as his staff.

I will not return to this store until masks are mandatory for customers. I realize this is difficult to do, but without leadership, it’s the only responsible way to treat both customers and staff.

My last two experiences at Walgreens have been less than adequate. Wal-Mart no longer carries the medicine that I have to have so I had transfer my prescription to Walgreen. I went to the drive through to pick up my prescription and wound up sitting for 20 minutes while they waited on everyone else in the store. Finally I parked my car and went in and had to wait longer. The girl told me that Walgreens corporate won't hire enough help to assist with their work load. Great huh? The second time I went in to buy cold medicine for my husband. There was a coupon on the Walgreens app for $2 off Mucinex. I tried to pull it up but it said it wasn't available try later. I mentioned it at checkout but the cashier said she couldn't help or honor it because it had to be clipped to my card or a paper copy. I had to get it any way but the cashier was worthless and not sympathetic at all. I have one more month of my prescription and than I will find another pharmacy to get my medicine at.

When I was going to Walgreens on white tail dr. I went and bought 2.75$ worth of candy. Then I waited behind some people who didn’t want a two dollar bill for 10 minutes when they got one dollar bills. Then I had two gift cards and swiped both of them saying they were unavailable and the other would just beep. I biked up there and stood there for at least 15 minutes and they didn’t even offer to pay for it.

People are nice but hours are not flexible enough, including the lunch break. Too many times of partial fillings, etc...

Had a pharmacy tech tell me that if I needed to purchase additional supplies I would be inconveniencing the pharmacy and cause them to be short on supplies. I was needing to purchase these supplies due to travel in addition to the regular supplies already covered by insurance. She then told me that if I were to get additional supplies she wouldn’t allow me to use my insurance on the covered portion. She questioned if I could afford the cost out of pocket and even questioned if I was traveling and using my supplies appropriately. She then decided she didn’t want to help me anymore and put me on hold. Thankfully the pharmacist was the next person to pick up the phone and we had the issue resolved within a matter of minutes. It’s a shame that when someone needs to spend $1000 on supplies that are life saving that a pharmacy tech questions if you actually need them or not.
