Kelsey is a great person so talk to. She is positive, joyful, and optimistic. She tries her best to work with you and meet you where you’re at. She often mentioned her own struggles with a mood disorder to try to relate to struggles with mental health.
However, she cannot be relied on when it comes to important matters. When I asked her up front about compliance, she said that I’m doing great and she had no concerns. When she spoke to someone else about my compliance, all she had were concerns. There was not one positive said about me. There were things said that were not true either. When this same person spoke to my other providers about me, there were absolutely no discrepancies, positive or negative. When I asked Kelsey about this, she claimed she did not say any of those things, suggesting a misunderstanding.
If you do not need accurate compliance reports, and do not expect needing any compliance reports, then Kelsey is a great provider. I do not have any complaints about her therapy techniques. But the accuracy of her compliance reports definitely needs some work. Any inaccuracies, positive or negative, can cause great damage to more lives than just the client themselves.
