I gave this a 2 star review. The reason is below. I gave it a 5 star review because those are the only ones that they appear to read. Please go with the 2 star review or less, this place has gone down hill.

You can never reach them by phone to ask questions. Because it always goes to an automated that says they are helping other customers. Please call back later and their prices are very high, not a very good store anymore.

First purchase online here - we usually cruise the store in person. Got added discounts and was notified via text when my order was ready! Easy to pickup my order so I'm a happy customer. Will order again online! Thanks!

Very nice people! Helpful and knowledgeable. So much nicer than the big hardware stores where I can never find what I need and usually can't find anyone to help me. I also appreciate the fact that they take UPS packages. Highly recommend.

Easy to find what you are looking for. Staff is always helpful. They do a great job color matching or mixing and advising on paint. They have just about anything you might need.

Diane was very pleasant and helpful. I like the layout of the store, it makes it easy to find what I am looking for, though the sales staff are friendly and helpful when I need assistance.

I am a long time customer of Lyndonville hardware. While I was skeptical at first when this store was purchased by Aubuchon, the manager, Troy, has maintained the hometown feel of this store and quickly become part of the community here as he knows his customers by name !

I bought a dead-bolt lock and installed it. Bill cut four keys that would not go in the key slot. Went back to the store and a gentleman (gray hair/glasses) cut a new one that went in but wouldn't turn. Went back again and Bill cut another one that went in 1/4" . Back again, LOL, and Bill took the same lock of the shelf and made a key and it went in and turned. He gave me the cylinder from it. I went home and exchanged it. He was baffled and figured the first one was was defective. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful!!!!

You had everything I was looking for - at reasonable prices - and AWESOME wait staff... AND were even open on New Years Day!!

Best hardware store around but please stop contacting me. I hate doing reviews. Why does everybody want to review? Every time you buy something somebody wants to review. That’s just nonsense. I wouldn’t shop at your place if I didn’t like your store.

What a gem. Helpful oldtimers always available to show you products and offer free advice for homeowners. They also carry a decent line of hardware, bushings, fasteners, and nick-nacks. Prices are reasonable compared to any big box store.

The store had the merchandise I was looking for & I got a discount. Sales person was very helpful & had a lot of information

This store has everything, and a great atmosphere. As soon as we walked in I was pleased to see how clean it was and the employees were welcoming even though it was Sunday! Highly recommended!
