Amanda went above and beyond to help me with my order. I called to order a sympathy arrangement. Someone else had ordered a similar arrangement for the same funeral service after I did. She contacted me and offered a different arrangement for the same price. She was very thoughtful and wanted me to be happy with my order. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend

Second time we bought flowers here and their selections are wonderful.
Prices are a bit high but their flowers are in good quality and well put together.

We had them create a bouquet for my father's funeral. We couldn't have his picture in the middle at the church, so they made sure to make a center piece so that the urn could be placed in the middle. Very professional, courteous, and were on time for delivery and did this in a time crunch. Very thankful for them.

Tiffany is wonderful! I had gone online to order and it wouldn't process it. I've gotten flower arrangements there before and the fresh flowers last longer than anywhere else, so I really wanted to buy from them. Tiffany was so helpful and found the card I wanted and changed the message inside for me. (The personaized card option is very special, check that out!) She went over my expectations. Highly recommend this store!

Great customer service and support. I needed to get some flowers for my wife's birthday and they had lots of great options ready to go. I picked up a bunch of yellow roses they added a few red roses put them in a beautiful cut glass vase and I was out of the door in 15 minutes. We were even able to put a personalized balloon with it all. I dropped them off with the wife at her place of employment and was an instant hero.

Excellent arrangements that LAST! Not that stuff you get from the 800 number. Just call them or go in. During the Covid19 restrictions they do contactless pickup or delivery. Go local. They really are better!
