Lindsay made the process from start to finish easy we normally hate having to go through the process of setting up new service but Lindsay went over everything down to the expectation of the first bill usually reps avoid doing this because the shock of the first bill but like I said she went over EVERYTHING! and had us in and out within 40 mins and that with porting 4 lines and setting up devices.

Shawn was very helpful and polite never got frustrated with me when asking about my new phone

Jose is a delightful young man, he is very knowledgeable and explains everything so that I can understand all the details on the new phone I got. He has always taken time to make sure I'm satisfied with knowing how to use my new phones or any device I have bought. To me he is an asset to the U S Cellular company. I enjoy talking to him. He is always very kind, friendly and helpful and always has a beautiful smile. Thank you.

I had the incredible pleasure of working with Emily, at this location! I cannot emphasize enough how kind and attentive she was on answering all of my questions. She guided and helped me find the phone that best suited my needs and was very straightforward on pros and cons. She showed so much empathy and patience through the whole process, it took so long to get my phone set up but she was calmed and made me feel comfortable through it all.
She was just wonderful!

The sales staff are knowledgeable and polite. The equipment is top shelf. And the billing is what they advertise. I will remain a customer even after my contract is up and I would suggest it to any of my friends or family.

Camden was awesome I had more problems with customer service than anything and he helped me out awsnerd anything I needed to know and helped me up grade my phone put up with me

I really like Lindsay M. at US Cellular n CB IA.
She was a great help. I just don't like that my phone bill will be so high...$75 to $80 dollars a month. I've never paid over $55 for my phone services. So, even tho I like Lindsay, with the cost of gas, food prices so high, and utilities goin sky high and no relief n site, I don't know how long I'll continue to use US Cellular services.

Camden was very helpful, honest, kind, and patient with me when I went in to do my early upgrade. Definitely recommend going to that location!
