Arrived today and was assisted with Max and was a true professional! Helped me arrange for a new tow ball plug in adapter also while getting the trailer ready. U-Haul customer service Representatives Nicole and Tina gave beyond a five-star service upon my reservation. Prompt courteous and and always with a smile. Very apathetic to my out-of-state needs as well as patient. I can't say enough about Nicole and Tina and the rest of the team at this location they go above and beyond.

I recently visited this place as a tag along with a friend who was needing a uhaul .. She was very frustrated and distraught with her current situation .With the help and kindness she received from "MALLORY ",I watched as my friends agitated state of mind turned into great relief . MALLORY made sure every thing went smoothly for Sandy and couldn't have been any more nicer and understanding. Mallory deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee who has compassion for others and is a very great asset to uhauls company .

I have rented a few U-Hauls in my lifetime and of course they've all been very good customer service but let me tell you I just had to do it again and I dealt with Mallory at Manawa and I-80 and let me tell you this woman went above and beyond customer service for me she made my transition so much easier and so much smoother her patience and understanding and kindness was beyond what I'd ever imagine so I want to give a big thank you to you Mallory thank you so very very much for all you did for me you can't even imagine how it makes me feel this woman deserves a good raise thank you again Mallory

There was an issue with some equipment that I rented; without going into it too deeply, one of the girls at the counter there made a mistake. When I pointed it out they went WAY above and beyond to make it right.

This place has the best hours, the employees have the best attitudes and are extremely helpful, and you get a sense that the staff here just knows what’s up… like it’s a fun place to work on top of being a great place to do business with.

After a rough day of being on the phone with uhaul, we came to drop our trailer off here, and the GM of this uhaul was absolutely amazing! This is the location to rent from if your need to rent uhaul equipment! Taylor and Ashley are the ladies to ask for! Best customer service I have had in a very long while! The GM here (Taylor) is great. Uhaul policies and pricing are confusing and unclear; she was patient and understanding in helping me figure it out. I've rented from them twice and will definitely rent again!

When I lived in CB I used this U-haul almost weekly for my business needs. They were excellent to deal with and we loved getting to know the great staff there. They were quick to get us connected and on the road. If we ever had something that needed attention, the manager was great in resolving it! Way to go, we so appreciate you all!

I have rented from them 3 different trucks and 2 different uhaul sun the past 5 years. And every single time if I had questions or concerns about anything they helped me and got me to where I needed. And if something on my bill was wrong they worked with me to it right! I highl recommend.

This location has outstanding customer service they were fast and efficient. And the units that I had rented from them was in great shape as well. The entrance gate to the storage unit could use repair but I didn't think it deserved a reduction in rating just something to be noted.

Hands down THE BEST U-Hau I've ever used. Fellow MILITARY folks take notice- Mike (The GM), takes care of service members. He was fast, knowledgeable, and he took care of all the hooking up and disconnecting. PLUS if you are doing a MILITARY MOVE, there is a CAT scale right across the street. You won't find a better place or better people at this U-Haul rental. Real Talk.

We've had nothing but positive experience with this location. We've rented trucks and also a storage unit for a time from them. They are always friendly, have never been pushy about up-sells and are patient in answering any questions we've had. Will be using them again!

I was having a rough monday to do unexpected car problems u haul in council bluffs mad it super easy to rent a trailer very cheap the even went ad far as helping get my trailer hitch/ball loose so I could put the right one on to tow my car thanks for the help guys will recommend to any one that needs a trailer

Fast, helpful service, pretty good prices but they get you when they charge for mileage.79 cents per mile gets expensive fast.
