Very thorough explanations and took the time to explain use of the phone and made sure I was very comfortable before walking out of the store with my new cell phone. Cory took as much time as was needed and it is very appreciated! Great customer service!!!

Recently I traded my 2 iPhones 12 pro for promo iPhone 15 pro and had to go to the Verizon store to get the phones setup. Amelia Verizon employee took care of this for me. She was very helpful in doing so. She had the experience and knowledge to convert the data over to the new phones promptly. That was a wait I didn’t mind doing. Thanks Amelia

Taleigha is amazing. I came in earlier this week looking for a phone for my son. Some kids that sits by the door was "helping" me first. Honestly he wasn't much help at all that's when Taleigha spoke up and answered my questions. I then went to finish my business with her. I'm back today having her set up my son's phone. Hands down one of the best I've ever met at this company.
