I stopped by at Royal Autowerk today for one issue , Jason looked into it promptly , seemed like a quick fix . He seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and honest . I will certainly take all my vehicles to him going forward . Thanks Jason for your help today with my Ford Explorer , appreciate it .

Jason and Autowerks is my saving grace here in the KC market. I took Jason my Aston Martin Rapide for trouble shooting with a battery charging problem, and he was very transparent about my issue. While looking through and fixing my problems Jason, frequently took my call to answer my questions. Aside from fixing those issues, he also replaced a door wiring harness which was giving me problems. I will always bring my Aston to Jason!

Jason and his crew at Autowerks are truly the best. The gas gauge on my Audi Q7 stopped working so I took it in to my Audi dealer for Dx and repair. After waiting for 3 hours they told me in order to fix it, the entire fuel tank needed to be replaced and would cost me $5400 as the warranty had expired. I was shocked to say the least yet they gave me no other options or wiggle room on the estimate. I then took my car to Jason for a 2nd opinion (never been here before) He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! I am so grateful for his honesty, attention to detail and expertise. Their customer service is top notch. I will be coming back for all my car maintenance and repair!

Jason at Royal Autowerks has always done excellent work at fair prices on my Lexus IS-F. I’ve had my car there many times over the last few years for small and large jobs. This shop has been able to handle them all and was even able to take care of a troublesome CEL that has been plaguing my car for several years! You can trust that Jason and his shop will do top quality work and won’t take you for a ride.

I can not say enough good things about Jason and Collin at Royal Autowerks! I brought them a Lamborghini Gallardo for a PPI and then returned the following day, after I purchased the car, for them to address some of the findings. I was on a very tight timeline and the guys did everything possible to get tires/parts delivered and installed in a timely manner. Their customer service, quality of work and pricing was superb. Jason has done great with both of my cars. He replaced a leaking a/c condenser in my 2012 Hyundai Accent and also replaced my rear differential, rear CV axles, and a transmission flush on my 2017 Camaro. The differential work on the Camaro wasn't a direct replacement, I was wanting him to swap out the parts from a manual version which had a Limited-slip diff. While there was a slight fitment issue with which parts were needed or not between the two versions (I provided the parts and I said they should all go together from what I read, so no fault to them), him and his team were able to get it sorted out and put together. Been two years and no issues at all! He has always been on time when he said he would be done and very accommodating. Thanks Jason!

What an enjoyable experience to have someone that actually still has outstanding core customer service skills. I took my daughter’s Mercedes to a supposed reputable shop due to a fluid leakage and with their “Digital walkthrough” found that the valve cover gaskets at a price of $600. I authorized it and low and behold the next morning when they were gonna start I get a call with a bill for $3,000. Me of course freaking out decide that I’m either gonna scrap the vehicle or try and trade. I decided as I was picking it up to Call Jason at Royal because he had helped with a prior vehicle. I took the car there and to summarize he was $800 less and showed me the valve cover gaskets were perfect. The other place flat lied about that being an issue. Jason thoroughly explained every part he needed along with their function. I had ZERO problem paying him for the service and the e tea effort he went to ensure it was completed promptly. 2 days after we picked the car up my daughter noticed fluid underneath the vehicle and freaked. She called me and I called to leave a message for Jason and he not only answered but came to my daughters house at 7:45 pm to ensure that it was nothing majorly damaging to the vehicle to see if we could drive it or if it needed towing. It was a plastic chip on the old power steering reservoir through age had created a leak. This was not at his fault that this happened, but being the great family and customer focused owner that he is ordered it overnight and actually came to my house where the car was on a Saturday and fixed it. I felt horrible as he brought his young sons with him. My daughter had been communicating with him and they arranged this to take place as the vehicle had no power steering as was not safe. All in all I profoundly recommend Jason and his team at Royal to anyone! It is a breath of fresh air knowing I have someone with such integrity and honesty to work on all of our vehicles.

Jason and his staff are great! Took my Audi A7 in for an alignment, got it done in 2 hours and drives like a dream. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be going back for any future work that may need to be done. Thanks again!

Royal Autowerks is the place to take your car for professional service, no matter what you drive. It is the only place I trust to work on my Audi S6, and he works on all exotic cars and vintage sports cars, too. He doesn't cut corners or fix things that aren't broken. What they will do is tell you if something does need to be fixed, and you can trust them to do it right.

I took my 2007 Mercedes E550 4matic to Royal Autowerks on a referral. I'll never go anywhere else! Jason, the owner and his staff are serious car guys, very attentive and knowledgeable about most European cars. They did a great job on my Benz, and believe me I'm a very OCD car guy and very particular. If you're looking for a new place to take your car for service-check them out!
