Target

The Overland Park South location of Target is one of my favorites. It's spacious, organized, always tidy, and the associates are visible, friendly, and helpful. The Starbucks employees are great, also. Every encounter I've had has been great... accurate coffee order, quick service, and personable employees.

Great store Friendly Associates managers and staff also very clean and well-stocked!

Love every department in this store. I can spend hours looking!

Target is my go to store where I can get everything I need at once. I still enjoy the in store experience and the store is organized and clean. Employees are friendly.

June 29, 2022, this store of excellence had an employee who went out of his way to help me transport a large purchase while I had my baby with me. He didn’t have to be willing to be so helpful, but he was and this is exceptionally pleasant. Additionally, a female manager helped me and my baby make our purchase when there seemed to be an issue with the barcode. I appreciate the customer service at this location - there is a truly wonderful team at this Target. Cleanliness of the store, organization of the store, and a gentleman helped me in the Electronics department on 8/27/21 in evening regarding my desire to price match a Amazon Fire Tablet for children. He went above an beyond by trying to help me find the lowest price online but it was lowest priced at Target after all! This gentleman kept a smile, stayed highly professional, and caused me to want to continue returning to Target. Thank you!

Best customer service EVER!! Alexandria and her associate (name unknown) was incredibly helpful by finding & returning an item I purchased and fell off my cart before being put into the car!! 5 Star Customer Service & Good Human award!

Always clean and bright! Decent selection of grocery even though it's not a super target. Good selection of toys for last minute gifts.

I'm doing shipped orders and I just have to praise your associate Cass. She is the biggest help, very assertive quick to make recommendations and happy to help me find things across the store. She really made my shopping experience much easier!

Filled my order (granted it was 4 items) within 1 hour, texted me it was ready. I arrived and notified them and they were out to my car within a few minutes and delivered it to my frunk. Totally hands off. App is brilliant! Tells you to leave your windows UP, show your phone screen through the window to employee to verify & place it in your frunk or trunk. Thank you!

Target has the very best online shopping and drive up experience! It is extremely efficient and logical to use! I am disabled and it has really been a lifesaver for me!

I would like to commend one of the target associates. His name is Hayden. I was searching the web tonight and located a product but not sure it was available in the store. I called the store on 151st and Hayden answered. He looked up the product determined that it was in stock and even agreed to go and make sure it was available. He returned to the phone told me it was available and offered to hold it for me. I drove to the store picked up the product, all within a half hour. Very professional young man and very customer service oriented. He is to be commended. Thanks

So had a rough day today with everything going on and tonight went to Target to look around and then got a drink and was waiting in line to pay for the drink which I've been waiting for quite a while just for a drink and one lady that was buying her stuff with her husband told me she'd pay for my drink since I've been waiting for a long time and felt bad and it was the holiday so that made my day! As I was walking out the cashier said that was nice of her to do that and the lady said "well I felt bad for her for waiting so long just for a drink and it was the holiday and it's the least you could do for someone". It turned my day around and it brought me to a better mood! Wanna tell that kind lady how much I appreciated her for paying my drink and hope to run into her again and pass it forward!

Great store. This due the amazingly eager to help floor staff and management. 5 stars due the staff workmanship, pricing, product availability & cleanliness of store, inside and out.

Target is a go to store and has efficient courteous staff that always will help with any needs!

I enjoyed my experience in this store. The only issue I had was not able to find the coffee creamer I needed for work, but that doesn't hurt the experience!

Great store, friendly people and good availability of products. Grocery has a decent selection, even though the store I mostly shop at is not a Super Target.

Have always had a great experience and they make it really easy for the tax exempt sales I always have! The customer service cashiers are great and always have a smile!
