I had a great experience this morning with the pharmacy substituting a medication for me. Was so thankful for this wonderful phone call and the opportunity to give praise for their hard work. They have had such poor reviews lately!

Tom, Diane, Lisa, Annie & Shirley make this Walgeens location my hands down favorite. Always quick with a smile or offer to assist, this group of fine humans make my day every time. Add in a terrific Pharmacist, Brent, & pharmacy staff & you've got the perfect RX for kindness & service. Thank you for always making me feel like a priority .

The 2 main pharmacists are very helpful and caring. I enjoy the convenience of the Walk-in clinic. The ARNPs that staff the clinic are very good. And wait time is never horrible.

Went for my annual wellness check and was done in about 15 minutes. Simple online booking process, and friendly staff.

Pharmacy is wonderful, and the rest of the staff is always friendly and courteous.

The minute clinic gets you in much faster than a Dr. Office

Good place to go if you just want to pop in somewhere and pick up a few items. Staff could have been a little nicer.

Most drug stores are having this problem but to get sudafedrine hydrochloride You have to wait for a pharmacist of which they only have one working and there's always a huge line doesn't matter what time of day

Sometimes the people working in the pharmacy are nice and will fill scripts for you pretty quickly. However, if you arrive 10 minutes before they close, they will slam the window in your face rather than help you.

Absolutely disappointed in the pharmacy. Both my doctor and I were kept on hold for almost 20 minutes each to speak to someone yesterday and today. When we finally spoke to someone they told me to pick up my prescription after 3. I came to the driveway at 4:16pm to be told that it needed to be shipped and will be ready in the morning. I told them this was unacceptable because they told me it would be ready after 3 today! Then they came back and said it would be 20 minutes for them to get it ready! I am beyond frustrated and I hope management does something with this place soon because I see other people feel the same!

Kid at the register gave back my change and in place of one of the quarters was a sticker, then he asked if I wanted my change, not the first time he has done that, whoever put him on the register needs to reevaluate his performance

Hands down worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There is always an issue and they couldn’t care less about trying to help you. Their incompetence is incredible. I will drive downtown to the hospital to avoid using this pharmacy ever again because they can never get anything right.

The pharmacy currently closes early EVERY DAY and randomly just doesn't open up many days. I had to drive a Walgreens at 87th street last night with to get my daughter's antibiotics because 151st Street decided to close early again.

Worst experience! The whole management and pharmacy at this store has 0 empathy towards the patients they are suppose to serve. After waiting for 10 mins at the drive thru I was told that they can not grab a over the counter medication pain relife. Even after explaining to them that I have a back sprain and I can not walk very well right now the response was "Thank you!".
