Had purchased the wrong size and took it back the next day. Return only took a few minutes and bought the right size and checked out. Total visit was less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Thinking she worked in electrical, I asked Gina F a question about a 30 amp circuit breaker. She didn’t work in electrical but was nice enough to flag down an associate. I appreciate her customer service and willingness to get involved

I had a great shopping experience at Lowe’s today. Thanks to Holden in the tile department. He was very kind and helped me get just what I needed! He took the time to answer all my questions and went the extra mile!

This store has been a Godsend!! Sheldon is one salesman everyone should have in sales!! There is a Home Depot we have to pass to get to Lowes, I just wave and head to Lowes, where I will be appreciated as a customer and I will get help by employees who care. ❤'s to Sheldon!!

We went in to find an air conditioner. My daughter's central air had gone out. We looked in the front and asked if their was anymore in the store. When we got you the aisles, we found an awesome deal they were clearing out. We got the great deal and my military discount! Perfect!!

This is my favorite home improvement store. I can't tell you how many trips I've made over the years. I have a card and use it. I feel they have a better selection than their competitors. I also like being able to order things I need online so I can pick them up when they are ready. Their flowers are hearty as well. I still have flowers growing from purchases I made years ago.

Got a couple dozen landscape timbers and never had to lift a finger. Three guys met me and has them loaded up in no time. Also found some other stuff on clearance that was half price. I always enjoy buying tools I didn't know I needed! Great experience and great prices.

Quiet tonight. Some great items compared to Home Depot today. HD just wasn’t compelling.

I gave Lowe’s another chance and two employees earned back my business considerations for the future. The front line employees did this. Not corporate, not an upper level executive, and not some expensive marketing campaign. This 5 star rating is in recognition solely due to the efforts of Richard in Rentals and Semaj in Paint. Each of them where amazingly helpful and friendly this week, and they each displayed a competent knowledge of the Lowe’s services and products. In retail, these employees are clobbered with constant questions/issues from a wide array of different customer personalities and moods, and each of these guys did an amazing job. As an employer myself - they are the type of people I would hire immediately. To Richard and Semaj - thank you! To Lowe’s - please continue to support and value the employees that are making/breaking customer relationships.

I prefer Lowe's over other hardware stores because of their 5% discount and the prices on something are cheaper in certain areas than others. We were in and out in no time because the app tells you where your products are located and they're super easy to find. I was surprised to see the addition on more self checkouts.

Had a great experience shopping at Olathe Lowes. I always find more deals here and the sales people are super helpful.

Lowe's will be happy with this review. I have always shopped at home depot because it is very close to my home. Yesterday was my first experience at shopping at Lowe's . Home depot did not have the kitchen sink sprayer and hose kit so I went to Lowe's. It is a beautiful store very brightly lights through out the store. It is way larger than the Home Depot I shop at. Lowe's has a deeper selection of products and they have way more available Lowe's service people on the floor. My service person was very helpful making sure i had the exact matching hose connector.

I will drive the extra mileage to this store because of the service, selection, and well lit and aisle signs.

I am not a good DIY person but they treated me well and I can tell they can give great service to people like ne as well as avid DIY folks. Well done Lowe's!

I have shopped at Lowe’s several times this summer as I have worked on some projects. The staff has been extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed.
On one trip, a sales rep helped me track down the exact replacement screws I needed for my storm door. I quite often ask where things on my miscellaneous list might be found. The reps are great at sending me to the right locations which saves a lot of wandering around.
This week I had to replace my old mower. Jon O in that department was very knowledgeable about the different models. He answered all my questions and gave me some good tips. The entire purchase process went very smoothly. I really appreciated the excellent service!

Love that the isles are all labeled and things are easy to find. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Went looking for a hard to find item and found it right away. Really like this store.

I'm a detail-oriented over-planning engineer that has high expectations so when I say I researched a lot to come up with the best path forward for a new complete 4-piece set of kitchen appliances you know it's legit. I settled on Lowe's due to their price and most importantly availability of appliances. For whatever reason, Lowe's had items in stock or could get them within days when others were weeks or even months out. I have a 22 yr old house with numerous space constraints and their team worked with me to get the best products that fit. And when I did need to make some modifications to existing cabinetry, the Lowe's guys and gals were again well versed in their area of expertise with great solutions, unlike other stores where you wonder endlessly trying to find somebody to help you. I was very impressed with the knowledge base that their team has on their products. For ex - what is listed (on CR) as a poorly rated dishwasher that I really liked (#1 it fit, with tons of extra features) turned out to be only a minor issue when Lowe's rep explained that the unit doesn't dry plastic completely (no heating element) - so I was like who cares?! I dug deeper into the CR review and sure enough, the detailed reviews were high stars for all but drying and that 1 star brought the overall rating way down. After using it for the first time, and choosing the overnight extended dry - I can say it's perfect and had only a few drops on the tupperware. We had some pretty crazy delivery mixups that extended the first delivery (7 days out from purchase) to an eventual last piece delivery 10 days out. But Lowe's offered great compensation for my lost time and the inconvenience. And I trust that the necessary changes will be made to prevent similar issues in the future.

Just had the best buying experience at any home improvement store! I wish I would’ve hit the names of the people at customer service desk. They helped me find all sorts of Christmas decor that I couldn’t find on my own and helped me get the display item as well! Thanks!!!
