Terry in the service department did a great job with our repair once it landed in his department.

The lady who works here is very helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. Even told us about thr upgrade options for our sleeper sofa with a better mattress and fabric. The mattress was definitely worth the upgrade. Will come back here again for another lazy boy in the future.

This was the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. After years of dealing with inferior brands and big box stores for furniture, my wife and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on some quality furniture built to last in our busy household. Drue was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and let us take our time with our decision. He was more than happy to take the time to explain all of the options, warranty, and insurance. We are now happy owners of a new sectional and hybrid mattress. Can’t wait to break them in- gigity.

I purchased a sofa from Baumgartner's at the Columbia, MO location and had a great experience there. A few months after the sofa was delivered I had a problem and called my sales person who referred me on to the Auxvasse, MO location.
I received communication back from Baumgartner's in Auxvasse within 10 minutes of calling them with my issue... unheard of, I know! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient in resolving my problem.

Drue at Baumgartner's Furniture in Columbia is the best at what he does. We went in looking for a new mattress, he showed us all the different brands and styles they carried. We settled on a Sealy Hybrid firm. After we got the mattress home and sleeping on it the first night, we did not like the firmness of the mattress. I called and expressed our concern on this. He didn't hesitate and got us the softer version. He even offered to have it delivered to our home whenever a truck was coming our way. Which I ended up traveling to the Auxvasse location and getting it ourselves, because it was our mistake. We love our bed and will be buying from him again in the future!!!!!
